The pizza here is really good, possibly the best gluten free crust I’ve tried. They were happy to accommodate us with a clean cutter and everything for our gluten-free pizza. We went in 10 minutes before they closed for lunch to order pizza for later. Deborah was so very nice, friendly, and patient with us while we placed our order. Do not drive past this restaurant. The server, I wish I could remember her name, was great. She was friendly, helpful and on the ball. The food was very good. We got the rigatoni and meatballs. Meatballs are homemade. The garlic bread was out of this world. I will be back.
If you want a good pizza, wedgie or sub ...this is the place ..It is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten ..the antipasto is huge ND so very wonderful ..the folks are super friendly ..it does close down a couple hrs during the day but I assure you it's worth the wait...🥰😍🤩
Potato Pizza!! It's the real deal! Top 5 pizza in my lifetime. Rest of family had large cheese, crust made it! Thin, crispy, and a great bite.
Cosmo's pizza resembles our favorite pizza place in our hometown. My boys devoured the 2 large and 1 small pizza I ordered and wanted more. 😁 Will definitely order again when we go back down.

I have lived in Southern Shores for 10+ years. Years ago, I didn't care for Cosmo's Pizza...it was too greasy. I believe there was an ownership change in the last few years, and now I really like the pizza. Really good and I love the weekday specials.
We came about an hour before the advertised closing time and the dining room was already closed. I understand being short staffed, but people were dining in and it's a small area. After a long 13 hour drive to OBX, I was hungry and tried. Decided a pizza would do the trick and I came across Cosmo’s. I am sure glad I did. The pizza was very good and the staff was super nice. I will return next visit to OBX!
Ordered a Margherita style pizza and some fried pickles. The pickles wete absolutely best ive had .cooked perfect. Didn't have no garlic at all on it. However I want to think the staff for letting us in 5 minutes before they closed to order and eat.
The family enjoyed a quick stop for pizza on our way to the beach. As a New Yorker I'm picky when it comes to pizza and I will eat here again
We have been coming to the OBX for vacations for 25 years now. By far the best pizza we have had in all those years.
