I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they are top notch. This catering company knows what the heck they are doing in a kitchen and puts out nothing but the best.
I’m new to Southlake and just googled catering companies and requested 3 quotes, This company provided me a quote within 1 hour ( I never got the other 2). Long story short Ted showed up ahead of time and was such a joy to chat with. From start to finish the service they provide is phenomenal and I’m glad I found them. When my guest arrived they got excited and instantly knew what catering company I used. The food was absolutely amazing and we got wiped out, Thank you for making BluSky’s Ribbon cutting exceptional with your touch. Once you use these guys you’ll never go to another catering company.

Ted and his crew at Scratch Kitchen have catered a couple of events for us recently. He and his team exceeded our expectations with both events! The food, service, and attention to detail were exceptional. The flavors achieved by Ted's creativity and ability to combine ingredients in a manner that produced dishes where the results were far greater than one would imagine impressed not only our family, but our guests too! We heard so many positive comments from attendees at the events about Scratch Kitchen's food and service that we will definitely be using Ted and his crew at future events.

We had the most delightful experience working with Ted and his team at Scratch for our holiday party this year! Ted helped me to decide on every detail of the event, far beyond simply the food but also the party layout and was able to connect me with helpful support for rentals as well. The food was beyond fantastic and all of our guests raved about how much they loved it! The staff was professional, courteous and it was a seamless event from the party set up to the clean up! I cannot wait to use Scratch for another event soon!

Scratch Kitchen catered a political event for us that included passed appetizers and a food line for over 100 attendees. The food was delicious and his staff was on time and so helpful. I didn't have to even think about the food during the event. They served it, kept the line filled, cleaned up, and offered to help in multiple ways. Ted is so easy to work with and accommodated my last minute requests and our budget. This is the third event for which I've hired Scratch Kitchen personally. Before that, I helped plan catered lunches for our elementary school PTO. Our team always knew we could sit back and relax when Scratch was on the schedule. We knew the food would show up on time and be delicious. His meals are always teacher favorites. I highly recommend Ted Bilsky and Scratch Kitchen for any event you are hosting!

Scratch Catering & Fine Foods literally saved our event! After another chef abruptly pulled out of catering the event two weeks prior! Scratch stepped in and saved the day! The food was absolutely amazing and specially created to fit our theme. Ted and the staff are wonderful and easy to work with! Scratch Kitchen catered a sit down dinner, passed appetizers and dessert for 60 at our home in May 2021. Ted was wonderful to work with in planning our menu and even prepared off menu requests including venison that we provided. Everything was delicious and our guests raved about the food. Additionally, Chef Colby expertly managed our event including set up, managing servers, and cleanup. Highly recommend Scratch Kitchen for any catering need, large or small.
I cannot recommend Ted and Scratch Kitchen enough! Ted prepared and executed the most delicious meal for 12 of our closest friends this past weekend. We wanted a unique and special experience to celebrate my husband's birthday and we got it with Ted! The food was phenomenal, the timing was perfect, and the service was impeccable. Ted and his team truly made sure we had the best time - and we did. Our guests are still raving about the food and my husband says it was his favorite birthday to date.
