Best ice cream I've had in a long time. The people were so kind and inviting; they accomodated my peanut allergy by using a fresh cleaned scoop each time, and we ate there every night this week. Highly recommend Spike's. Will be back soon! Thank you all

An old school ice-cream bar. Only sitting outside or to go. Homemade ice-cream is quality ingredients. Fast and friendly service, reasonable prices.
On a Sunday night after coming in from a sunset cruise at the Yacht Baisin it seemed appropriate for some ice cream at this place. Got a small twist which was anything but small. Ate most of it before the rain came and enjoyed it. Good ice cream at good prices.
When everywhere else was closed/closing in Southport at 5 on a weekday, Spikes was open and serving delicious ice cream and milkshakes. Will definitely be returning.
Amazing ice cream location in Southport! Try the Eskimo! Eskimos are soft serve ice cream with shaved ice flavor on top. Try the Eskimo with cola and cherry shaved ice on top!
Small menu but that doesn't mean it isn't good! This Eskimo that is pictured was good and overflowing with ice cream and icee. It would definitely feed 2 people. We all enjoyed our twist, hard dip and soft serve ice cream as well.

Walk up ice cream shop with outdoor seating serving soft serve, ice cream, sundaes and more. The serving of the small scoop was huge! Friendly staff and great seating outside.
