Had a lot of trouble getting my order taken correctly. This location is mostly stage by kids from the local high school, and sometimes that leads to difficulty with things like this. I only go to this location if I am getting food as well.
This DQ has seemed particularly good this past summer (2020). The food has been hot, fresh (chicken tenders, fries) and they have do offer some value meals that are a good value. The soft serve has been awesome!

I have had good experiences at this Dairy Queen before. But today two young employees at the drive-through window were very rude, and would not accept a valid mobile coupon despite being shown the terms and conditions on the coupon. It really did not reflect the "customer is always right" attitude
