The Triple Berry Pie, which is made of blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, was one of the most satisfying pies I’ve ever had. It was jam packed full of berries and somehow—magically—it didn’t get a soggy bottom. We met who I assume is the owner and she told us the pie wouldn’t be overly sweet and she was right; it was just sweet enough. She let the berries provide most of the sugar. This pie cost $25 and IMHO was worth every penny. I already can’t wait to have it in the morning with coffee.
The shop is about a half mile away from the Circle K and is on the same side of the road. Look for the “Pies” sign on the lawn
Our FAVORITE blueberry pie we could find on MDI. 🫐🥧 An absolute treat to eat!
Perfectly balanced sweetness and served warm when we picked it up at 9:30am in the morning … the crust was delicious and the berries were the best quality!
Note: Be aware, open time says 9am on google but they don’t open til ~9:30am!
If anywhere deserves 5 stars, it is here! I first had a slice of the wild blueberry pie at Thurston’s and knew I needed more! We ended up buying 4 pies including a strawberry rhubarb when all was said and done.
They do sell out fast so I recommend going early just after 9 to get the best selection and freshest pies. They sell them til they’re gone and they sell out daily!
The best blueberry pie that I have ever had, hands down.
I am not much of a blueberry guy, but decided to order the blueberry as it is their specialty. I was not disappointed. The pie has no added sugar, but the berries bring a punch of flavor.
this is a must taste for anyone passing through southwest harbor.
I ordered the triple berry pie for my daughter's birthday. Mary was so nice, she offered to deliver it to my daughter and friends staying nearby. What incredible customer service. She also texted me when delivering and the whole process was so smooth and easy. What a pleasure to work with Mary. My daughter's comment was "The pie was honestly one of the best pies I've ever had!"
Mmmmm pie. Seriously good fresh pie. We've had the blueberry and the triple berry pies and they've both been delicious.
Uhhh yeah, agree with everyone else. The best pie we've ever had. We drove by, drove a few blocks, turned around, came back and had to have some.
The person working told us "the blueberry is what we're famous for, but everyone that has gotten the triple berry has NEVER gotten anything else" so yeah, TRIPLE BERRY YES!!!
We drove from Acadia back to Chicago over 2 days and we ate this pie the whole way. Even 2 days later the crust was still just as good and the filling, just as perfect. You NEED to get this pie, full stop.
Over the moon. This is not only a tip top quality crust. Our pie was of tiny, flavorful local blueberries ( back home we call these tiny ones "huckleberries" ) tumbling free from one another in sweet 'lil juice pools. The pie is definitely not too sweet. My husband and I decided "it's not typical blueberry pie. It's a pie of fresh blueberries." Thank you ❤️
Such a cute and quaint pie stop. We got the triple berry pie and it was so delicious. Not your typical super sweet bakery pie but instead made with real fresh fruit without all the extra additives and jelly
My mother in law is very picky when it comes to pies because she can make them great herself, but we were both very impressed with the Triple Berry Pie at Island Bound Treats. Not too sweet and not too tart, just perfect! Wish we were there longer to try her other flavors. The only thing that would have made it better is if she sold slices.
