Lovely service! Liv was delightful and so sweet to provide us with pup cups for out 3 dogs we had in the backseat and it was the highlight of the visit. Also love that they have delicious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and chicken noodle soup is delicious! 🐾🐶🍪🍜 (The pic shows chicken and wild rice which is creamy and ok but I love their chicken noodle soup better.)

This place is the best for any time. Breakfast is bomb, soups, and sandwiches, bomb, I'm a fat fella, but the salad makes me look healthy. The staff is friendly, they actually care for their customers. I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always perfect. And the inside is cozy. If it wasn't illegal, I would sleep in here. It feels like a cozy cabin in the middle of the Forrest. Nothing but a top their store and top their food. All I see in here is smiles.👍🏿

Kneaders is delicious! A tad pricey, but worth it. The dessert treats and breads are amazing and their soups are my favorite! The downside is this location is ALWAYS crazy busy and slow. It takes a long time to get the food and the drive thru almost always feels like a parking lot.

I waited about 20 minutes . That's fine. Om a Friday night I totally understand waits can be longer than expected . The food was good . Very friendly staff . Always willing to help . Along with happy smiles. To all Kneaders customers. Go get your pumpkin bread before it's gone.

The quality of the food is killer— bread made in house, high quality ingredients, the works… but the speed of service could use some work. It took about 5 minutes for the cashier to notice me and about 20 minutes for 2 kids meals to then be brought to me.

I’m beyond impressed by the response to my review. Three different people reached out to correct my order and make sure I was taken care of. I honestly didn’t think I would be returning after that experience, I got refunded and a personal apology from the general manager. He called me directly and I could tell he felt so bad. I honestly started feeling bad just listening to his apology because clearly he felt terrible about my experience. Thank you. 🙏🏻 I will be returning soon. Looks like I’m not the only one seeing a crazy dip in service. Sitting here still waiting for my order. I know it’s the 4th of July, but it would be more assuring if - looking into the back of the store - I didn’t just see a bunch of young girls chatting it up. My order was supposed to be done at 12:05. I walked in at 12:10 and asked for my order. They pointed to a ticket and said oh we’ll get started on that. 12:20, I see no progress and my ticket hasn’t been touched. I ask a different girl if they are working on my order. She confirms my name and points to a different ticket that has been sitting in front of the girl running out orders. Now it’s 12:30 and I’m seeing orders come out and the ticket I’m assuming is mine is still sitting in the same place and others are getting placed in front of it. Really wondering whether I’m going to get my meal here. 20+ minute wait when the place is NOT busy is totally unacceptable. 12:35. Finally got my meal. I was given a free cinnamon roll as a sorry for the extra 30 minute wait. I would come back if my order is comped, but for now I just recommend everyone avoid this location.
