Hands down the BEST cheesesteak sandwich in the West! Our family have been customers of The Italian Place since the 70’s. They’ve moved around a bit from American Fork, Lindon, Orem, Provo, and now Spanish Fork. And so have we, no longer live in Utah but every time we visit we MUST find one haha! This locations cheesesteak tasted like the original place and the service was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating for packaging a sandwich for travel. He knew all the history of the store and nuances compared to the others. He is a real keeper! We visited on November 7, 2023 between 1-2pm. Please stay there and keep serving that delicious sandwich. We hope the male staff stays too. Aces all around!!
By far the best The Italian Place I have eaten at. The cheese steak, and everything is fully loaded with vegetables and steak. I went to a couple further up north thinking I would get one of these delicious sandwiches; it made me appreciate the one in Spanish Fork. The management definitely makes the difference. I would recommend to anyone to at least stop by and try one of these. They are always friendly and have a clean area to eat.
This places has great sandwiches! I would say that I enjoy it more as someone who enjoys meat. Vegans beware! Great spot for a quick lunch! I did try to eat in the car once which was a mistake due to the goodness falling out all over! My favorite is the Zeus and I would reccomend to all.
Not awful, good prices. We came as a quick date night for our anniversary, and sadly they were completely out of every cheesecake. So that was disappointing. I ordered a garden salad with no tomatoes which was a good size, but all that was on it afterward was cheese and tortilla strips. I wish there were more vegetable options like cucumbers, olives, etc. (It IS a garden salad...) as well as dressing options. The only vinaigrette they had was onion vinaigrette. I was hoping they'd have italian dressing. My husband ordered the Zeus sandwich and liked it but felt that the meat was dry. Overall, I would recommend this place because the atmosphere is comfortable, and the customer service was friendly.
Delicious sandwiches! Simple and straightforward. Excellent down-to-earth staff. Great place for when you want an upscale feel without taking hours out of date night with waiters and taking orders. Just walk up to the counter and order away! Clean and cozy. Just remember that they're a sandwich-type place, not a pasta-type place.
The sandwiches are always delicious! Bread is perfect and filling is extreme. They keep the sitting area clean - friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommended.
Zeus (Pictured) This is our favorite spot when heading South with our camper. Easy freeway exit and parking right along the road. No need for U-Turn, just go around the block and you are back on the freeway. Did I mention the food is amazing? They also have a basic cheese sandwich that our picky little kids like for $3.99
Bang for your buck. These sandwiches are loaded with meat! side salad w blue cheese was 👌. The monster is definitely two meals worth of sandwich. They had a family platter for $45 looked like a killer deal
Just very good Italian subs. I got the pastrami. Best pastrami in a while. Decent pricing and was overall great. Love the Italian theme.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I got the Turkey N Everything and it was delicious!! The staff was so welcoming and kind. Great service. Even better food!! Highly recommend this place!! Will definitely be returning!!
