This place is the best hands down! Will be my go to food place for awhile. Every time I come in every single person has a smile on their face and is so happy to help. If there ever is anything missed they fix it by apologizing, fixing it and more! Not only is the food good and the people are amazing but that girl Kennedy. She’s one of a kind.
THE MOST AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN!! Everyone was so nice and I got like 7 compliments and it was so good! The food was so yummy and it was honestly a 10/10. Christina specifically was the kindest person I’ve ever met in my life she gave me a free roll. It was also super fast service
Food was good lots of options, chicken patty was a bit small on the sandwich.... Clam chowder was excellent with lots of chunks.
Tried the bowl for the first time!! Tremendous. Great blend of greens quinoa, meat, and veggies. Nuts, too. Fantastic
Long wait in line; but when I tasted their Summer Berries & Burrata Salad, it was worth the wait! I added protein and it was a perfect meal.
Stopped in tonight for a to-go order: try-2 combo soup and salad (if you haven’t tried “the Chris” secret menu soup, do it). The food was wonderful as usual, but the service was even better! Bella and Christina went above and beyond to help us in a kind and timely manner - and it was so busy! Thanks Zupas - take good care of Christina and Bella please, can’t thank them enough!!
The menu here is huge. The soups are amazing! I had lobster bisque and a turkey cranberry sandwich. Both were excellent! Our biggest surprise was the complimentary large chocolate covered strawberry. The deserts looked yummy, but I couldn't eat another bite. This was our second trip to cafè Zupas, and we will return!
Absolutely delicious! Despite the fact that in was pretty busy inside the line went quickly and the staff were all very friendly. The food was prepared in a timely manner and came out hot and fresh. There were plenty of clean tables to sit at and the dining area was well maintained and organized.
Yummy food with pretty good service during a busy Friday night. Some of the staff seemed distracted talking or flirting with each other rather than communicating well to us, but it wasn't bad enough to not come again.
The atmosphere was loud, kind of hot, and the seating had people walking around your table.
The pork quinoa bowl was very good! 👍 I had a bite of the turkey avocado sandwich too which was tasty.
Food was great. They told me about the app and was able to save $5 off my meal on 11/16/23. They were busy but the line moved along at a decent speed.
I love coming here! I ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich with a cup of soup for their pick 2 option. I got the chicken noodle soup. With the meal, they gave me a roll and a chocolate covered strawberry. The food is delicious and it's a really nice place to eat. Plus, they have a kiosk in the middle of the restrooms and dining area on the opposite of the drinks, etc. for online orders and pickup. It is well organized and easy to navigate.
Zupas was (is!) great to us. We ordered through their website and requested it to be delivered but their delivery partner, DoorDash (boo hiss), was over an hour late. When I called the restaurant about the missing delivery, they told me it had been recorded as delivered by the-rideshare-delivery-service-what-must-not-be-named.
The wonderful Zupas employee, Sammy (Yayyyy!!!) offered to have my order remade and available for me to pick it up to make things right. It was ready before I got there, even though the restaurant was completely packed.
SF Zupas and Sammy, you rock. Thank you for biting the bullet even though you did nothing wrong. It made a huge difference to my family and we greatly appreciate it!
