Yummy! It's always so good when we go and I love the cotton candy ice cream
Cold Stone has the best ever ice cream! You can mix just about everything in with any flavor or choose one of their specialty selections. So goooooooooood!
The ice cream here was so good! So many flavors and at such a good price! Tyler and Dylan were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will come again!
The ice cream is very good. They have a fairly wide variety of flavors of ice cream and a huge variety of toppings. It is fun to watch them mix the toppings into the ice cream on the Cold Stones. The attendant must have been having a bad day because she was not friendly or engaging at all.
UPDATE: Added three stars because they seemed to really care about our experience. The manager and customer service reached out to us and were very apologetic for the experience we had. They really tried to rectify the issue we had. We still haven’t been back since the poor experience but hope to give them another try soon since we moved to the area.
Went in tonight to get some ice cream because cold stone has some of the best. The ice cream was okay. The employee went skimpy on the ice cream and mix-in. Worst part, though, was the employee’s service. She seemed to be more interested in her friends hanging out in the corner than helping us. Not a huge deal, but rather off putting. Probably won’t be going back to this location because of the poor overall service.
Got the cotton candy (didn't love it, but my daughter did), and also cake batter with a brownie mix-in (which was incredible - highly recommend it). I've also had their oatmeal cookie ice cream before, which is amazing, but I didn't see it there tonight.
We visited with family the other night. The staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't a long line at all and the ice cream was delicious. This location on Main street is probably overlooked because there is so much growth in some of the newer areas of town. We will definitely be back!
The ice cream here was delicious, as always. The thing that really annoys me is how cramped it feels inside. There are very few seats, and if there's anyone in line there's practically no place to walk. This seems to be a problem in many of the locations I've been to in the past; I'm sure they're trying to minimize overhead costs, but it really makes for a too-cramped experience. The employees were very nice, and outside of the small space, everything else was great!
I came for ice cream the other day, and had a very positive experience. The wait wasn't long, and the ice cream was well worth the price. An employee named Katja was very polite, and really improved my experience. I'm excited for the next time I visit!
Good standard ice cream. I feel like this location is a bit tucked away and hidden, but maybe it is just because I never notice it. My visit here was great, the service was wonderful and the ice cream was great.
Other than that, the facility seemed well kept and clean. There was nothing that I noticed that I could complain about. 5/5
