Went in today at 11:30am for lunch. The man who made my sandwich did a great job. The portions of the ingredients I asked for were good. To where I felt like I was eating a hardy sandwich. He passed me off to an older gentleman at the register who was very kind. I sat and ate my food in the corner, while I did so the two employees went right back to prepping and making sure the shop looked good. The people who kind and for the short time I was there seemed like hard working people too. I guess to kinda sum it all up, they just seemed like they cared. You know how sometimes you see people who really just seem like they are stabbing their eyes out to do their tasks? Like surving you or helping you at a store just kinda ruined their day? It didn't feel like that. It didn't feel like that at all. Anyways I know this is a long review for a subway but, I felt like giving some credit where it's do. My only regret was that I didn't get their names.
I ordered 4 sandwiches on two receipts so I could use a couple of discounts and the "sandwich artist" was patient and precise. When I started to walk away without a sandwich he accidentally had missed wrapping before ringing me up, he called out and made sure I got it even though he has other customers in line. Everyone in my group was happy with their sandwiches.
Came in at 2, time of people in here. These guys are hard workers. Lots of complaining customers but they were still happy when I got to the front of the line. Keep up the good work gentlemen. Also grateful for the honesty about over baked crispy cookies, so I picked another kind.

This place has really turned around with the new manager. He does a great job and his crew too. There is one girl that over salts so far warning ⚠️ haha. Thank you for the great food and pretty great service!
Food is great. Meat in chopped salad was whole not chopped.

LOOK OUT! They have a new girl here who has a serious mayo situation going on. The sandwich was dripping - and though I would have requested it be remade, my husband is not that type at all - he just smiled and went along with the dousing of the sandwich. It was so saturated with mayo that he had a hard time finishing it, and ultimately ended up feeling sick. I don't blame him, yuck!
My sandwich, on the other hand, was pretty perfect. The staff is not the friendliest and it was hard to understand them with masks on - I am sure that it is frustrating for everyone involved - but still... we're all trying to get through it so we should try to have a decent attitude towards customers... just going to throw that out there. It's almost like masks allow staff to be rude because no one can see a full facial expression. Hint: You can still tell in the tonality of the voice. Just sayin'.

Service was quick. Sandwich is tasty. Love the chicken bacon ranch 6 inch. Had a harder time checking out as location got busier.
We showed up right at closing time. (Another customer was right behind us) Simon came out and apologized because they were closed. He must have seen the despair on my wife’s face. He said “I’ll actually open back up for you guys”. We were ecstatic and the sandwiches he made were awesome! Great customer service.
