For Christmas, I went to stay with my mom in Reno, Nevada. I love staying with my mom - we always have the most relaxing time watching Netflix, playing chess, and playing with her two cats, Paris and Venus! Reno is named the "Biggest little city in the world," since it's downtown area is full of bright lights and towering casinos. After some post-christmas shopping, scoping out 3-story antique shops, and seeing the sights downtown, we ventured over to Sparks Coffee Shop where we refueled on a delicious brunch. I ordered a tea to start and was delighted with the presentation. Complete with honey, lemon, and a cute modern kettle, it took me forever to choose from the pretty tea assortment (I ultimately went with the green). Shrimp Omelette w/ Queso Fresca, Avocado, Hash Browns, Cantaloupe  Sparks Coffee Shop serves breakfast all day and has a great lunch menu as well. This was our first time at this restaurant. The wait wasn't too bad for a Saturday morning. Cyndi's service was eggcellent! The restaurant was nice, clean and not too noisy for being packed with people. The food was absolutely amazing! I had Biscuits and Gravy as well as a Carne Asada Breakfast plate; she had the Blueberry French Toast. Being a connoisseur of biscuits and gravy, this was the best I've ever had. All of our food tasted super fresh and deliciously flavored.

Came to visit from Arizona, this is hands down the best breakfast place all around, so of you are in the area stop by, we waited for 40 min of course it was on a Saturday, but let me tell you it was well worth it, From the lady taking our names to be seated, to the waiter, everything was excellent 💯 thanks to all the STAFF🙂

Sparks Coffee Shop is always a treat! I'm not a local, so I make it a point to stop here when I'm traveling. It is the best breakfast that you can find.
