A good representation of Eastern North Carolina BBQ, although it's not whole hog chopped. The Collards, Sweet Tea & Peach Cobbler were on point. I was surprised there was no Banana Pudding, but I do have a recipe if y'all are interested. We'll definitely back when we're back in Sparks.

I LOVE bbq and my boyfriend and I wanted to try a new spot. We ordered this through Doordash for lunch and portions were good but food was eh. I got the pulled pork combo plate and boyfriend got brisket fries. My plate came with pulled pork and 2 sides and corn bread, I got mac and cheese and fries
Seemingly way off the beaten path is a lil bit o' Southern Comfort, way out West. Walking through the door the vibe and decor equally give you the sensation of walking through a portal leading right into the Belly of Dixie. With plenty meat, deep fried selections, traditional ingredients, and sides
Overall great place. Stumbled upon this restaurant from a locals recommendation. The wings were huge and well made. The Ribs were top notch with their own BBQ sauce. The sampler is a massive plate of food. If your in Reno or the surrounding area. Check this place out.
Great BBQ! Love the carolina style sauce (they have alternatives). The pulled pork was melt in your mouth. But you know a good BBQ place when they have good sides. The Mac n' cheese was creamy and cornbread was sweet and delicate.
I'm from Washington, DC and thought this was the Carolina Kitchen in my area. Anyhow, all I got was greens and cornbread. It was nasty...its not like the east coast.
