This Outback Steakhouse location was definitely not up to standards. There was an obvious lack of customers (limited amount of cars in the parking lot / maybe three to five tables sat). I have been to Outback Steakhouse’s in other states and this was by far the worst one. We spent a good chunk of money here for my husband’s birthday and were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and food quality. We were sat quickly but waited an insane amount of time to be greeted by our server. By the time she came to our table we were ready to order everything (we ordered our meals before the complimentary bread and butter arrived). My husband ordered an adult beverage and was curious to see if she would actually check his birth date and was baffled that she didn’t notice. We ordered the most expensive steak and the most expensive lobster and they both weren’t cooked correctly. Not only was the food not up to par, but the server checked on us once IN PASSING to another table. We finished eating and waited 15-20 minutes for the check to arrive (we had to ask her in passing for our check). The lack of genuine customer service here is truly incredible to witness. I will say that we will never come to this location again. It was definitely a waste of time and money.

We were party of 12 people. The service was very quick. Good food. Ordered mild wings, but they came very spicy. The waitress quickly replaced them with fresh wings that weren’t spicy. My steak was delicious, served with asparagus. I was surprised that no sauce was provided with the steak.
Overall very good experience.

This was my first time going here and I enjoyed it. The vibe of the place was good with music playing and different things on multiple TV's. The bar was cool and was centered in the middle of the room. So you could sit at the bar, table or booth. Everything was clean also. When we were first seated she took our drink orders and brought bread and butter and asked if we wanted any appitizers. We ordered sodas and they were fresh. The bread and butter tasted good too and it was nice having it while we waited for our food. I ordered chicken strips with fries, macaroni and cheese and ranch for dipping. My friend ordered the smaller center cut steak which was 6 ounces with broccoli, fries and a BBQ sauce for dipping etc. All of the food was tasty and good. Those Chicken Tenders were the best I had in awhile very flavorful and crispy. The fries were also good and flavorful and so was the macaroni. My friend also enjoyed her plate. She said the seasoning they use on the steak is always on point and good and the veggies were cooked just right. So we enjoyed everything. It didn't take long at all either to receive our food. So vibe check, food check and service check. I'll be going back.

I had high expectations but was so incredibly let down. I should've taken the fairly empty parking lot during what should be a dinner rush as a warning sign. The restaurant in general looks pretty worn down with water spots covering the ceiling and worn decor/seating. The bathrooms are in really rough shape too. They were dirty, had more water spots on the ceiling, and the stall for disability access had a broken door in the women's room. The overpriced menu is incredibly small with a lack of any kind of variety, but it was nothing compared to how poor the food was. The blooming onion was small, slimy, and badly overcooked, the mashed potatoes tasted like the cheapest powdered mashed potatoes one could buy, and the rubbery mac and cheese wasn't worth the upgrade. The food isn't worth the cost and is more in line with greasy diner food than a steakhouse. Our server, Trinity, was bright and friendly and the only reason we're giving a second star. We wasted $100 tonight, and we'll never be back. Save your time and money, and pick another steakhouse.

I've been here twice since covid and all this inflation, both times terrible steak! 30 dollars for a thinly sliced fatty steak! The burgers were great but it's not called outback burgers. The waitress did take the steak off my bill, but come on! ITS A STEAK HOUSE!!!

Severely understaffed but the service was good considering. The food was average. Dark wilted mushrooms and lettuce. Cheese fries and Mac and cheese were good. Thank god for the free bread.

This is typically a pretty good location but this last experience wasn't great. We did curbside pickup. We arrived a little bit early but the wait wasn't bad and the server was nice.
When we got home the food was definitely fresh but not to usual standards. The blooming onion still had skin on about a quarter of the onion which didn't taste good at all so we threw that portion out. We also got an order of the Aussie Fries. They were also fresh but they had less cheese than usual and the bacon bits were just dumped in the center with no other garnish on them.
Just seemed like they rushed the order and got a bit sloppy. The food was cooked well but not prepared/finished well.

Great service. Started with a blooming onion. Which was hot and on time. Ribs and salmon were on point! The mojoto was fantastic! 5 out of 5 would eat here again.
