Our new favorite for classic breakfasts. The staff at this neighborhood diner seemed to know a lot of customers by name. We had really good French toast and some of the best pancakes I've had. They are big so I think I'll order just one next time. The over easy eggs were cooked perfectly.
We were there on a weekday morning and it was busy but not too crowded.

Oh boy where do I start. I've driven past this place so often and have always driven past. The outside just doesn't welcome me in. But, after a lot of great reviews by a people I know to enjoy good food, I finally went there today. What a treat. This felt like home. The waitresses and owner greated so many people by name, asked about their health and their loved ones. You could tell this place loved their customers. The decor was fun, the service wonderful and fast and with a friendly smile. The food... Oh man... The food! So good! Everything was cooked perfect! The waffle crisp on the outside light and fluffy on the inside, the coffee strong and kept on coming, the eggs light and scrumptious, the sausage not greasy, bacon nice and crispy, the gravy no lumps! Silky smooth! I wanted to bathe in it. The hasbrowns, I normally would not touch or give to my kids but these I devoured so so good! If you haven't been there before , go! Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

Felt like the price was higher than most of my regular breakfast places. The food was good, the staff was very friendly, but the food wasnt unique or unusual enough for the price I paid. The waffle was almost $5 more than my regular place, Molly's.
And not all of the employees were wearing masks, and I get people are tired of them, I am too, but it's the law and Spokane recently had record number s reported, so theres no excuse for not complying. And I didnt see the handwashing sink getting a lot of use. They could be hand washing elsewhere in the restaraunt though. Just telling what I saw.
I'll go back, but it wont be my 1st or 2nd choice. And only if they're complying.

Just moved to the neighborhood and this was the first place we ate at. Wow is all I can say. Gluten free pancakes and waffles!!! Pancakes were so good. Tasted 100% like regular pancakes. Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon were all wonderful as well. My son said it was the best apple juice he has ever had. We will definitely be back

I ate here with my sister. Its such a nice place to eat. Staff and owner are so friendly. It really felt like we were family. thats the best type of hospitality you could ever get unless your family is horrible. The food is so yummy! I loved everything we ordered. Only reason why we haven't been back is because of my sisters medical and them closing at 1. Finding time is very hard. We will be back soon!

Service was good, atmosphere was great, food wasn't bad, just not anything to write home about, although the food came out really fast. Saw some flies buzzing around. The men's bathroom was clean, the parking lot was tiny and filled up fast after we got there. Would go back just for the atmosphere!

We came here for the first time for breakfast around 10:30 on a Sunday and got seated right away, server was Pamela super friendly recommended their big breakfast to try almost everything! So worth it! The food was delicious and plenty of left overs. It came with your choice of meat, hashbrowns, eggs, and a waffle for $16. A must try if you haven't!

The best place for breakfast in town! Great food with great prices & friendly staff!! Not a fancy place, a family owned eatery that’s welcoming every time!!

This is our favorite local breakfast place in Spokane! Super friendly staff, down home cooking, great food and selection, and super reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

There is no better place in Spokane for plentiful, delicious breakfast food, genuine people (both customers and staff), and abundant coffee! Dale makes a mean Hollandaise sauce that graces thick-sliced ham on the Eggs Benedict, the half-pint omelet is my go-to favorite, and his waffles are the perfect combination of soft, chewy insides with a crispy shell. Whether you're looking for a place to eat as a Spokane visitor or as a regular you will be equally welcome - and equally stuffed - at Waffles Plus!

This is one of the best breakfasts I have had in so long. The people are friendly and it is a welcoming environment. Definitely will recommend everyone I know! Word of mouth is powerful thing. Thank for such a great experience.

I've had breakfast here with my son twice when I visited Spokane and his wife wasn't able to join us. I've joked that it's "our" place...but I can't wait for my daughter-in-law to have a meal with us there, one day soon! The food is great, but the people and atmosphere is even better. Very friendly, wonderful service!
