Big variety of foods to get full on. Sushi is great along with the fresh cooked pick your own station. Wish all the foods were labeled so some I had to try/guess. Wanted a few more selections hotter but such a big variety made up for it. Staff are there to accommodate and do so very well!

Customer service, TERRIBLE. Food BAD. The sushi looked extremely questionable we didn’t even bother trying it. A lot of the food looked old. Most of the protein was either extremely chewy or hard. Flavor lacked. Most of what I ate I didn’t even know what it was because nothing was labeled. The noodles and rice were the most decent things on the buffet so I ate almost just that it seemed. My toddler who eats just about anything you give him spit out almost everything I gave him. After we got our food dished up, we had to stand there waiting for a table to be cleaned!!! And not even just for a quick minute or two but for what seemed like forever! That was so awkward! There were so many empty tables but not a single clean one. This experience was so disappointing it’s not worth a second chance. Nothing from tonight’s experience was good. Way over priced for a terrible dining experience. Hands down would not recommend.

The food is just okay. We got there about 7:30pm and they just had what they had, they never made fresh or put anything new out. Additionally the food was not very warm. The price on their website is not the price they actually charge you, it's more once you get there, but to be fair they did honor the website price for 1 out of 3 meals. They closed the Mongolian grill very early, 90 min before they closed. Speaking of the Mongolian grill, my son got a very large piece of bone in his pork and the manager blamed their carelessness on the company they get their meat from. She did refund his meal, but his tooth is damaged. She said she'd have their ins company call us. We'll see. Their sushi is all rolls, no sushi with raw fish and rice, just rolled with other stuff. It was a pretty disappointing visit and doubt we'll be back.

Such a huge selection. The environment was great and the service was excellent.
We went here after church and enjoyed the Sushi, Habachi grill and all aspects of the buffet.
My kids also loved the deserts as well, we were very happy with our visit here.

Well to start off they have it say lunch special is 10.99 mon through Saturday 11-4pm we show up at 1pm they charge us full price.... I will say most of the food is what you should expect for an all day buffet. The peanut chicken is delicious on the other hand the veggie rolls just lack taste and texture. Yes the place does look like it could use some touch ups and maybe some better overall cleanliness but not to bad of an experience. O and there ice sucks.

Especially in these post-COVID times, we make an effort to be kind and appreciative toward people in the food service industry, but our patience was sorely tried tonight.
I thought that the salad bar looked a bit funky, but I overlooked it. When we sat down to eat, it seemed fine until the last few bites, when I saw that there was literally mud in the bottom of my plate! I showed one of the servers, who just took the plate away without comment. Later, my husband mentioned that the restrooms needed servicing, and was curtly told that they were very busy.
They’ll be a bit less busy now, because they won’t be burdened by a return visit from us.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I was received tonight. I took my three kiddos there for dinner and there's absolutely no food and what food was there was disgusting and when I asked if there was going to be more food I was told to go over to the grill and they could make me something. and when I tried to confront the manager to get a refund she refused to give me my refund and told me there is nothing she could do. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the near future the customer service and food was awful.

Nothing good much to say, food was alright, but not coming back...
1. It was our 1st time there, everyone was seated, but us.
2. No greeting from the server. And had to request for drinks 3 times, and 4 times for a highchair.
3. Waitress did not clean plates and did not give refills. Just walked past our table and didn't even ask how we were doing.
4. Waitress was dressed in unprofessional manner. She had very long blonde hair that was not tied up. Anyone knows that if you work in food business, you must have your hair tied up. Waitress was also wearing a shirt that clearly showed cleavage. She was also wearing silver see-through "leggings" in which you can completely see her undies and her butt. Companies and businesses have uniforms and dress codes because it shows they respect the customers. Obviously, your staff doesn't respect that and are unprofessional.
5. All for the money. Since we were getting absolutely no service from our waitress at all, we decided to experiment a little. I had put a 10$ bill on the table (making it look like I was leaving a 10$ tip) and the next time the waitress walked by, she stopped and offered refills and asked if everything was ok (by that time we were done). The waitress started being nice, because she noticed the 10$ sitting on the table. Before we had the money on the table, not a single word was said to us. This is not acceptable. Obviously, I did not leave her a tip. And to be honest, I usually tip $5 for lunch for one, but she was not worth it.
6. Management sucks. Icecream cooler had old molded icecream stains. Gross.
7. Waited for somebody to fix up a plate at their Mongolian grill, asked the manager, and after 10 minutes, nobody showed up. Till I left, my plate was still not prepared.
Overall, bad service=bad business=waste of money. Would definitely NOT recommend.

We had very little service and what service we did have was extremely poor! It took forever for someone to clear the dirty plates off our table and refill our drinks. When the "owner" came to refill our drinks, she put our glasses with the straws on the dirty dishes she was removing from our table. She piled dirty dishes on top of the straws. Refilled the drinks in the same glasses and returned them to the table with the straws that were touching the dirty dishes. Beyond disgusting. The food was good, for the most part, many of the dishes were not labeled. The cakes were dry and inedible, however. Very disappointing. We spent $15.99 for dinner for 6 people for crappy service and very little "seafood" as they called it a "seafood dinner". Not worth the price. I suggest that people go somewhere else.

I have NEVER done a review before, let alone a negative one, but this place earned it. Aside from the food being room temp, vegetables and fruits being wilted and brown, and the seafood being old... this place was disgusting. There were hand print smears EVERYWHERE. There was gunk on the table, which had obviously already been wiped down by a worker because there was new napkins for us already on it. We got a high chair and when I went to wipe it down for my daughter the napkin stuck to it... there is no way it has ever been wiped before it was so gross. Plates that were in the clean stacks had food crusted to them like they had gone through the wash and got stuck on there. Do not even get me started on the bathrooms. We were so grossed out we did not even ask for our money back... we just left. On top of that, you pay for all this right when you walk in.. they request a tip as well.... And our 4 year old cost 15 dollars... no 4 year old eats that much.

There service sucked there was only one waiter she never asked us if we wanted refills on are soda. food was ok some of the food that was suppose to be cold was warm, and some of the hot food was cold. The restrooms where nasty.

Took my family to lunch here on 6-30-2017 the service sucked never once did we get asked for a refill on our soda. The restrooms were nasty and the food was not the best. We will not be returning until things change.

I was in Canaan Buffet nearly 3 years ago and I didn't go back because a waiter was very rude and insulting to me for sitting in a closed section near the Mongolian grill.
Yesterday I went there for lunch with my nephew and his family. I was very impressed with the food as well as the friendly customer service.
In fact, I think the food is better than before.

Well I went there for crab legs. When I got up to the buffet, the crab legs were gone. It was almost 30 minutes before they brought out more. When they did 3 people took them all. I got one leg cluster.

It was ok until one of us found a cockroach in the rice. They admitted to the problem and are working on it. Then in the same breath said a lot of resteraunts have roaches. Never even a apology.
