I rate it a 3.5 sadly because the bathrooms really need to be renovated big time, and it would be to their benefit to fix it, it's a bit gross. I can see A LOT of people getting turned off by the gross bathrooms. Outside of that, the 2 Times I've been here, 1 year apart, I've never had any issues either with the food or the service. The food, in my experience, is very high quality, and the waitresses always kept our coffee & water full, so I'm a bit confused as to the disparate reviews, but my guess is it was an off day.
The waitresses were not rude, they were not innapropriately dressed, there was no hair in my food. However, this last visit, my food was slow to come out, as in about 30 minutes, that's abnormally long as they were not extremely busy.
I do really like the food, and because I've had 2 good experiences minus the old and run down bathrooms and long wait time on food on the last visit. I hope they can fix these two things, especially the bathrooms.

It isn't fancy, but it was a great place to eat. My husband ordered the corned beef hash, and he said it was better than his grandma used to make. And trust me, I've heard many times about how good her hash was. The hash browns were very good. I had the eggs Benedict, which was their breakfast special, and the hollandaise sauce was very tasty. We will definitely stop here again when we are in the area.

They have really good customer service .The Waitresses make you feel at home. the special is a pretty good choice. some of the items for a little bit pricey most of the items are not. They have hamburger special sometimes 5. 99 and with french fries or home fries. This restaurant has since gone out of business

Low rent old Denny's with no air conditioning. The food was good, the staff was friendly, but I lost 5 lbs in sweat while eating. "Best hash browns in town" is a stretch. Better food options right across the street.

Molly's and Franks were both packed so I gave this place a try and I'm glad I did. Hash browns certainly aren't the best in town but their red eye gravy is pretty killer. Pork chops were decent. I dig the retro 70s vibe it brought back memories.

Owner is a complete jerk. Staff was very nice. Food was what you'd expect from a mostly-empty diner so I wasn't expecting much. What I didn't expect though was to be insulted by an absolute idiot whose business I was in the process of patronizing. Even thought the place was only about 1/4 full at the time, the owner found it necessary to tell me I'd overstayed my welcome because I was still occupying a booth after I'd eaten and was catching up on work while my car was being serviced at a dealer across the street. I thought he was joking at first until he said, "This is a turn-over business, not a coffee shop." I looked around at the mostly empty space - stunned. The two servers were clearly embarrassed and one even apologized. Even if the place was full, it would have been off-putting, but the place was literally 3/4 empty. As the saying goes: you only get one chance at a first impression. My first impression of Jenny's Diner is horrible. I feel bad for the two nice servers working for this incorrigible small business owner. I know I'll never spend another penny at Jenny's Diner as long as that a-hole owns the place, and I will actively steer people away from there. I hope he goes out of business, or at least sells the business (at a loss) to someone decent and respectable.

Was our go to place for the best breakfast but it has taken a nose dive big time! Hashbrowns so under cooked they were crunchy. No country gravy on 2 different visits. Understaffed alot. So sad.

Great, vintage atmosphere...perfect for how you'd imagine an old diner. But very clean and well maintained. Our service was so friendly and professional, and the breakfast food hit the spot. So yummy!
