I went here for lunch, since I had to wait for the bus.
The male cashier provided a good sandwich; however, the meatballs tasted burnt. The food was pretty decent, but I enjoyed the Sprite and Lays baked chips. I would say average.

Good service. They did a great job of keeping things moving. I enjoyed my sandwich it was very good. The bag did break right before I got to my hotel room so that was a bummer. Not the workers fault.

Always a great place to eat. Though it is a wonder why they all do not except the coupons we receive in the mail and newspapers. I think the corporate office needs to catch up.

This store print coupons but now does not take them in a very rude people and I will never eat here again or deliver for this place again thank you.

I had ordered $40 worth of food from the app and waited over three hours before I had to get food from somewhere else. I called the store three times and was told there was nothing they could do as the order was being delivered by doordash which I understand but I wasn’t given a number or name of my dasher so I had nothing to do but sit and wait. I had also called doordash customer service but there was nothing they could do as I ordered on the subway app. By the time it had been two hours I called asking for my money back. If it had been $15 instead of $40 I would’ve let it go. There was a note left and I’m still waiting on a text or a call. Still never got my food.

I placed an online/app order for a sandwich from The Pines Subway location on Friday November 19th, I set for a pick up time of 5:35pm. When I arrived at the location they did not have my order, I showed them the order, confirmation, the store address for pick up as well as my bank account with the charge. The REFUSED to help me because it didnt come through their system. They would not give me the sandwich, they would not refund me. They told me it was my problem and my banks problem. I asked for management, they said they called and the manager "Neal" said there was nothing they could do for me. They basically stole my money, they could see the charge and the order and refused to do anything. I asked for a either the sandwich or a refund and they told me no.
They have still dont nothing to correct and I had to file a dispute with my bank for the charge. --- AVOID THIS LOCATION

Very friendly and gave me what I wanted on my sandwich and was willing to correct anything that was wrong! The parking lot could use a major upgrade pothole city and hard to park.
