Demonstratively better than most all other Chinese diners in the Spokane area. Same nice family that have been there for decades. One of the best roast duck offerings to be found...

Don't let the exterior scare you away the interior is nice and the service was good. Portion sizes were quite large. The food im afraid was just average Chinese food nothing wrong with it but nothing exceptional.

Good Food, Great Service, been awhile since we visited and coming back was worth it. Lots of menu choices and you can dine in, The Tea is always hot and fresh.

The most consistent Chinese restaurant in Spokane. Some great dishes... Try anything duck, wor wonton soup, jiu yim (salt and pepper) shrimp or spareribs, and the scallion and ginger chicken.

Wonderful tasty food! Not at all soggy greasy. Excellent calm musical environment and the waitress fast and efficient. I'm humbled thank you guys. Much fortune and success.

First time here, and I must say I love it! We went there cuz I had seen that they have the white sauce almond chicken. Food was amazing and service was great. Definitely going back

Very clean. Good portions of food but the almond chicken gravy had no flavor and was horrible tasting. Much prefer traditional brown gravy for almond chicken

We LOVE New Harbor! Excellent food, friendly staff, and locally owned. Can't beat it. Wins over Peking Palace no contest, and that was our fave for years.

This place is very welcoming, I've been coming here since i was very young and I've always been met with comfort and warmth, the staff is friendly and very fast at their jobs- the food is always next to perfect and the flavors are amazing. I 100% recommend this place, not to mention their prices are fairly cheap for such good food, it's my favorite chinese american food restaurant!

Lunch specials. They have great lunch specials for $7.95. I had shrimp and almond chicken and my brother had almond and kung poa chicken. Cheaper than a bruchis.

Horrible food. Tables were dirty, I love Chinese food and this place I will never visit again

Reacquaintance.... Everything was fresh and good. They have quite the expansive menu, so it was a bit of a challenge to make a choice. It's been several years since we've visited this place, and it was nice to see the same lovely lady taking care of the dining area from years ago. It's pretty much the same gringo Chinese you can get all over town, but I liked their prices/portions/flavors, and the place was very clean inside. A special nod goes to the brown sauce they made for their fu yong. It was slightly sweet and runny--rather than Thanksgiving gravy-like stuff found everywhere in town--and it's more like I am used to having growing up in the NYC/CT area. And it may be a peripheral/small thing to mention but their tea was delicious. A good lunch at a very fair price...

Good. I have lunch here occasionally and always enjoy the food, service and prices. Thumbs up.

Recommend the Crispy Shrimp with Walnuts, Garlic Broccoli and Egg Foo Yung.

Fried fly. We ordered an appetizer and I saw a black speck in the shrimp. I opened it and I found a fly fried into thebatter. The waitress was not only unapologetic but she tried to charge me.This place should be on one of those creepy food network shows.

They do better than many / most Chinese places in town. Mongolian beef very good. Very fresh, owner friendly, very good service
Dave
Like any other Chinese place in Spokane. They do fine. They are very nice, too. Worth going back to.
