So this evening for the first time ever I chose to order online and decided to go with two alcoholic drinks for my husband and I as well as the two for $25. I had ordered the bourbon chicken with shrimp for my husband and I went ahead with the 8 oz steak medium rare and substituted out my broccoli for garlicky green beans to go with my garlicky mashed potatoes. I got up there I followed the prompts they were out very quickly even though it's a Friday night and we're very sweet and kind handed me my drink carrier as well as a bag of food. Silly me did not bother to check the bag before getting home soon as I did get home I realized I got two Bourbon Street chickens and shrimp which come to find out is how it went through on the online order instead of one chicken and one steak. I had called the restaurant spoke to the manager to let him know that that is not in fact what I had ordered and he was very kind about the entire situation and bent over backwards and told me I'm more than welcome to come back into the restaurant and get the steak. this is exactly how real customer service is supposed to be that manager took care of me thanks to him I do get a badass dinner tonight to celebrate with my husband and will definitely definitely recommend and go back to Applebee's if you haven't tried you should check it out the Northside Applebee's is on point!!!!
On Sunday I decided to go to lunch, I’ve never been to one in Spokane so I decided to give it a try. I was greeted by the pleasant, friendly Miranda who sat me in the bar section. She’s a wonderful hostess. The next interaction was with the bartender/waitress Tiffany. Extremely pleasant and professional. I am a Pescatarian and mentioned that fact. She took the time and was patient telling me all that Applebee’s had to offer. For such a huge menu it was quite limited so hence the four star. One shrimp dish, fish and chips, salmon, and a Caesar salad is what I can recall. I’m from Alaska so I have had my fair share of fresh seafood. I asked about the French onion soup but it has a beef base. The Tomato Basil was the only other option and it was very tasteful. The chips and artichoke dip was good. Then I asked Tiffany her suggestion on deserts again limited but she suggested what is pictured and it was amazing. I never mention I’m a google tour guide until I’m ready to pay my Bill I then told her and said what a pleasure she and Miranda had been. They made my day really the cuisine I can get anywhere. I met the manager and told him that they were professional and extremely courteous and asked that this review be placed into their personal files. Thank you Miranda and Tiffany
The $22 & $27 deals have great meals for two people to split. The all you can drink teas or lemonade is sweet deal too.
Mothers day, so had a bit of a wait, but was totally worth it. Waitress was nice, polite, and helpful whenever we needed it.
We had: baby back ribs/fries, Asian chicken salad, and spinach artichoke dip. That with 2 bottomless ice teas really was fantastic. My tab was surprisingly low. Thank you to APPLEBEES! Went to late night happy hour, 9-12 and tried the won ton chicken tacos. Very good! I would like to see them made with fish also in the future.
Friday is our favorite day to go here. We love the bartender Hannah, she's amazing and knows our drinks. Very friendly and has a great sense of humor. John, the manager, is awesome and he always comes to say hello and chats with us for a few minutes. These two make our Friday visits great!
Restaurant was clean and very quick. The hostess and waitress were both very nice! We got there about 10 minutes before opening, and we were not the only ones. By the time we left, it was probably close to half capacity. Get there early! Overall great experience :)
Sat in the lounge for lunch and the bartender was our server. She made a Coors light with tomato juice in a salt and pepper rimmed glass and made my brother very happy. We ate appetizers for lunch. The food was terrific. Service was great.
Applebee’s at Northpoint, Spokane is always a delight to go in. I may come in only once every six months, but the waitress recognizes me and treats me like family. Applebee’s food is always interesting and delicious and the ambience of the dining area is a nice combination of community and privacy that makes lunch a special occasion. I love to go there during a day of shopping to decompress before continuing on
Fantastic. Is all I can say. Great food grat waitress. Manager even stopoed by.😊
