Got there about 8:15, found out the dining room closed at 8pm. Not a problem, except the drive through line was long, took 20 minutes to get through. Can't fault the workers, I was just glad they were open at all. The person taking orders was the nicest person, and even helped with a custom order. We need to be nice to the workers, not their fault they are dealing with worker shortages, and COVID issues, they are doing their best. Thank you taco bell workers. The food was excellent and I would definitely return!!

I used to work at Taco Bell out in the valley if anyone knows where this is it's out where the old train used to be. I know that I always wanted that store to be friendly and that everybody was served correctly. They have up their standards I was greeted, people were so friendly everyone that made eye contact with me talk to me!!! Thanks Taco Bell for making my experience in the store really, really wonderful.

Don’t order extra cheese or meat they charge you an they won’t even make it right I am so done an when asked for an manger was rudely told “she was one” her name is Kc or how ever it is spelled am tired of getting charged $2 for something I never get or even the food made right to begin with an there employees can’t even read Oders back or verifying

Ordered two soft tacos and a burrito supreme. Soft tacos were crunchy (in a good way) and the burger meat want juicy and delicious. Veggies were succulent and fresh.
As for the burrito supreme... The flour tortilla was soggy. Didn't even eat it. Just fell apart as I proceeded in picking it up. Ordered through the drive-thru during a pretty chaotic afternoon. But overall, a decent experience.
Will go back but at a different location. 😑

Our experience was bad here. We were the only customers in the store about 5:30 pm. Every single table was dirty and the entire dining area was very messy and unclean looking. Trash was overflowing in the containers. It took a long time to even get our orders to us. I counted at least a half dozen workers or more in the kitchen but no one was up front to greet people or acknowledge their orders. The food was edible but when we were looking at our surroundings inside the restaurant, it just made us want to eat quickly and get out of there. Giving this place one star is a bit of a stretch. I have eaten in Taco Bells across the country and I know they are expected to look a great deal different than this particular one.

Just received an order and the order received was wrong, what was ordered on the receipt was correct. Just be sure to double check your orders from this place. We were already back home when we realized it was not a correct order. I tried calling their store and all you get is a busy signal. We didn't feel it was worth more time to have it fixed, and now have to return as my husband's order wasn't even in the bag. The maneuverability/ location of the building/parking lot is a nightmare. Upon return they fixed the order and gave us cinna twists for the mix up. Staff were helpful and got the new order out quickly.

What can I say? I'm not a fan of room temp liquid "cheese" and I'm not sure they have a single thing on their menu that doesn't include this debatable food product. But they were the only drive thru open downtown after 11pm, so kudos to the late night crew working to serve Spokane's toasted post-concert population!

I had to really hesitate for a moment before giving it a five star rating, and I am grateful that during that moment the cursor was hovering over the fourth star in the five star rating, and yes I am doing this on a computer not a phone, because that pause gave me the clairvoyance needed to correctly choose a full five stars.
Here is my reasoning and logic for the five stars I have so graciously graced them with. First, and always, is location; and for this humble yet highly trafficked Taco Bell it his located on the toughest streets in Spokane. However, the small yet somehow adequate enough size of this taco slinging joint easily contends with the toughest customers Spokane has to offer. Long lines are now match for this fast and efficient Bell, the kiosks here are easy to use and order from and are not giant and menacing ogre-type kisoks at (He who shall not be McNamed). Also the ghost sauce is bomb so 5 stars it is.
