Wonderful experience! Cold Stone Creamery ALWAYS hits the spot. They have such a vast selection of dessert, it’s hard to choose or have a favorite! The staff here was phenomenal! They were quick to help us and were very professional!

Upon being excited to treat ourselves to ice cream at this location, we got such bad customer service we felt unwelcome! There was little to no eye contact, no smiles, and they didn’t chop up our ice cream well at all leaving huge chunks not dispersed properly. They all looked like they hated their jobs, and made us feel uncomfortable…

The ice cream is good, but the lack of a simple greeting within the first 5 minutes after entering the building is unacceptable. The store itself is not cleanest I have seen in Spokane. Each visit is or has been the same paltry experience for the last 4 years.

My family and I stopped by to grab some ice cream this evening at Coldstone at Northpoint. I was very disappointed with how impatient and rude the staff member Cassy was. When we got to the cash register 2 staff members were not done making our ice cream and the employee named "Cassy" was very impatient in ringing up our order. I asked for her to give me a minute prior to giving me our total because we were quickly trying to decide which cake to select to take home. Cassy rudely told her male coworker in what she thought was a volume we could not hear that she could not believe we were getting more stuff and she made a very disgusted face at us. We were in there about 10 minutes and Cassy was so impatient for us to leave. I also want to note we arrived with more than 30 minutes before closing so there was plenty of time to let us take 2 minutes to select a dessert to take with us home at the cash register. Also more people were arriving after us for ice cream as well and Cassy seemed really unhappy to have to serve more customers.

We entered your establishment this evening, which was the first time in YEARS and were thoroughly disappointed by our service and seating. We started off being the only customers in there and the staff seemed bothered (to say the least) that we were there.
Not only did we feel like the service was poor we were forced to eat outside in 110 degree heat after spending quite a bit of money on ice cream for our large family, that waited all afternoon to be treated to.
After we tried sitting outside in this heat wave, we finally realized my 5 year old, like the rest of us, could not swallow our ice cream fast enough as it melted quickly.... We then walked down and ate in Subway to have a table and air conditioning and they didn't bat an eye or turn us away.
I don't usually complain with reviews on Google, but this was pathetic and next time we will spend our money elsewhere.
I will be leaving Subway a 5 star review for their accommodating us and treating us like paying customers.

We came in last night, it was 10:20pm we are aware that you close at 10:30pm. The floors were wet so we knew they were anxious to close. They seemed very annoyed by us coming in. They literally didn’t say a word other then “order when your ready” and the total of our order that was all they said and they were visibly annoyed. My son asked for a cone 3 times and they still ignored him and put it in a cup. Also I should have taken a pic but my ice cream was so messy that it got all over everything in the bag. Although the ice cream tasted fine the customer service was awful. 4 kids working behind the counter tells me they will be able to clean and get out of there fast o why the need to be rude when customers come in 10mins before close. We ordered 4 ice creams and spent 18$ and felt like we shouldn’t of even came in. Honestly next time we want to get ice cream even though I love the taste of cold stone we will probably go somewhere else. I was the owner of that business I would tell these kids not to even think about cleaning or prepping to close before 1030, it makes customers feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Great ice cream! We got the gotta have it size (only $.70 more than the small size) with a chocolate peanut butter and a german chocolate brownie. Both were excellent! Dunno if they sing still, but we left a little tip anyway. :) Will be back for another fun outing with the kids.

I went with 5 of my friends, we just wanted icecream but were treated with disrespect and carelessness. They acted like they couldn’t hear one of our last orders, when she was CLEARLY stating it. Then, they messed up our sizes, almost all of us got regular, but more than half of us got smalls. When we ordered more icecream for our younger siblings who weren’t there with us, one of the ladies COUNTED US. Overall disrespectful.
