Great place for a Burger! Best place I know of for a vegetarian or plant-based burger in Eastern Washington or Northern Idaho! To eat here be ready to pay a premium. I have never seen such a high priced plant-based shake before but it is very good. I would say this is a good place for a small group or couple since the pricing is so high. Not the best venue for a family with a budget. The food is excellent though if you get the chance to eat here!

I don't know, I am sometimes the type of guy that once I find a couple of things that I like, I try to stick with them...the things I get here are definitely quality! I recommend the onion rings, the fat chili cheese fries, and any size burger really with bacon, egg, and cheese added!!! In this case, it's a situation where you get what you pay for though,...so be prepared to pay more money then your average fast food place.
To add a bit of an update to my review...I was pleased to see that the price of my usual order hasn't gone up at all as of 3/11/22 even with what is going on in Ukraine!

I'm not sure why this Fatburger gets so much hate... Be polite to the people that work there and you'll have a pleasant dining experience. I've been eating at Fatburger since the 80s and this one accommodated my order, which has been refined over the last 35 years, impeccably... The cashier was perfectly polite and the dude with the dreads that made my burger knocked it out of the park.
Yes, it's more expensive than your run of the mill fast food -- It's going to cost you about $20 a person. Incubate that in advance.

The lady at the counter was beyond rude I had to ask for lids for condiments and lids for drinks because it wasn't stocked at all. She was happily greeting the customers infront of us when it came to our turn she didn't even say hi or welcome just what do you want. I'd you don't like working for fast food because your old and feel entitled to 18 bucks an hour don't work. You don't deserve the money.

Was a good burger. A little heavy on the mustard. Awesome chicken sandwich. Order at the counter and wait while they cook it fresh.

I was invited to the restaurant because a friend wanted to eat a burger with gluten free buns. She said it was no fun eating a naked burger.
The burger come in very large sizes, and if you eat the largest with all the toppings you get your picture taken. Not every day I get a diploma for eating 3,000 calories in a single sitting.
The burger itself was a somewhat drier meat, so it tasted a bit odd to me. But I thought about this when I was nearly done.
The atmosphere is nice, and I enjoyed the ability to chat with other folks around us. It was decided that this is a great place to bring friends from Hawaii.

Don't mind the weird name, the food is amazing, and this is the best fry sauce I've ever tasted. The servers where patient when I was a bit all over the place with my order, and everybody was pretty nice. You very much should try this. 1000/10

Coming here from California, I was missing the popular In n’ Out Burger chain. So, when I heard a radio commercial for Fat Burger, I decided to take my pregnant daughter there for dinner. After driving 42 miles just to get there we entered and ordered for eat in. Things were going well, until we saw the pictures and I realized that I wanted skinny fries. My daughter went to the counter and politely asked to change the orders to skinny fries. The cashier turned to the fry cook who just looked at her and then the manager upon his arrival relaying the message. Permission granted by the Manager the fry cook began shaking his head. You know the way, what a pain, wasted food, etc. My daughter returned to the booth. Did I mention that she was pregnant? I don’t argue with her about food. I know better. We began chatting as we awaited our meal, I noticed that she began to get more and more upset, then requested that we switch sides. She reported that the fry cook continued to look at her and shake his head. I tried to ignore it and change the subject. This was nearly a hundred-mile trip, and I was hoping to make the best of the situation looking forward to my famous “Fat Burger”. Finally, our food was ready. To go. Wait we requested to eat in. If felt like a subtle message to leave. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so we took our bags back to the booth and began eating. Remember this was our very first experience with Fat Burger. My patty was so squashed that it over hung the bun by an inch or more, and was very crunchy (overcooked?) Maybe this is how it is supposed to be? Maybe the fry cook took out his head shaking frustration upon our patties? Either way not going back there again. Ever.

We went here this last Friday for our first time.. me, my husband & daughter, And wow was it fantastic!!! We had the most amazing customer service from the employees that were working that night.. the lady who took our orders name was Tyece I believe and she was sooo personable! She gave us a break down of the menu since we’ve never eaten at Fat Burger before, they thanked us for being there, the other lady who was working was the one cleaning the tables, windows and what not and she told us to just leave our trays and she’d pick them up for us... I’m not sure if you’d consider this place fast food but its truly the best “fast food” burger place I’ve been too in a LONG time! And the burger I had was soo fresh & yummy!!!!! Only thing I thought might be changed is the pricing, it’s a bit spendy but good for a once in a while place to eat. We just had an awesome experience!

The burger was gross. The lady at the counter was unable to answer my questions. They didn’t listen to our order and messed it up. The price was not worth it. Save your money go to 5 guys.

Huge, dry burgers that completely fall apart 80% of the time. Really hard to purchase a $8 fast food burger and be satisfied.
Quality- 3/10
Taste- 5/10
Price- 3/10

God just tested my patience. It's funny but I had to remember I was being watched by people who look up to me.
We went to Fat Burger in five mile for shakes. Around 8:58pm. The man held the door for Cassandra and I to walk in. The male cook looks and says "sorry we just closed". (I was a manager for some years in fast food) we always taught if the door is open serve the customer. I said ok and we walked out. The man that held the door open for us was at the counter ordering. I go back in. The "manager" was taking his order. I said wait I thought you just said you were closed. How is it he is placing an order. She states "he is our last one". I said he held the door for us! He stated "I held the door for them". (A white male)She said we closed. The cook says "fine I can take your order". I said no you cant and walked out. I went back in and said write your name and number down. Sir that held the door may I please have your information. He said yes. He wrote his number down on his receipt time stamped 9:03pm... but your closed?? Racism at its best.
