I used the app. I'll go ahead and rate that for you too, đź‘Ž!!!! It was easy enough to use however the staff at the North Pines location didn't seem to have followed the order I made in the app. So maybe the app is great and the staff at this location was ill equipped to follow written instructions on what I wanted. Over all, the food itself was dry and poorly prepared. Not what I expected when paying $5-$9 for a burger.
Pictures are of burgers that were both missing swiss cheese, both missing special sauce on bottom bun. (That's what comes on the burger) and if that is what they call extra lettuce... They must be from a different country were lettuce is an endangered species. (Paid .10 extra per burger for more lettuce and .50 extra for the cheese I did not get)

Poor customer service and no associate seemed to care about their job. I paid over $7 for the burger in the picture and it was cold and chewy to top it off, had to throw it away after taking a bite. This is the 3rd location of this chain that treats their customers like this. Sadly, no more Jack in the Box for me or my family.

The Pines location has the best food in my opinion. Always fresh, always hot. We ordered 3 full meals with special requests, one add onion, one minus pickle, one add ranch and it all came out perfect with no problems in about 2 or 3 minutes. Oh, and a kids meal and two tacos. They are friendly fast food!

Always cold chicken never had one that tasted fresh but the jack in the box off Argonne is always fresh... for being the same franchise there wayyyy different in terms of quality.. spend the extra 5 minutes and get fresh food. They don't throw away old product seems like they wait until its sold

How about when I spend 44$ and get assured that everything is in the bag, ACTUALLY GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR. Drove 20min home to 12$ of the food not there. Than had to drive all the way back and sit in line again. Start checking bags before send someone with not all there food.

Lady at window hands out over 1/2 of a small bag with sauces after asking me how many. My soda was not right had an off taste almost watered down. My fries were like a mix of old soggy fries and some not too fresh fries. The classic buttery jack did not get the garlic butter. But they have nice staff.

Food was cold. I got 2 orders of the Jumbo breakfast platter and both only had 2 forks worth of eggs in both platters and missing the bacon in both. Total order was $64.57 and can't get ahold of them to fix my order unless I went back and it's not worth it in gas

Service was great, burger was good. The lobby and dining area on the other hand was filthy. The floors were sticky. There were crumbs and trash heavy on the floor. The glass doors and windows were smeared really bad. Burger was good though. 🤪
