The wait for my order was almost an hour. I asked the girl to double check to make sure everything was in the bag she said yes so I drove home about a 20 minute drive and they forgot a whole order. Love wingstop, but their wait time is honestly horrific. Past year or so, I'm regularly waiting 3-4x the estimated waiting time (of 10-15 minutes). Have employees who will just stop and talk to their friends that come in and will wait until their manager to yell at them (happened tonight 7.1. 2022).
