Ordered 100 wings and 5 baskets of fries with 12 dipping sauces for some of my employees. When I arrived the order of chicken was ready and they were finishing up a fresh batch of fries. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes because that’s what you do in the “NEW NORMAL”! They gave me additional fries for myself and a free drink. Not necessary, but appreciated! Got the food back to my employees and they were happy. Obviously made me happy. So hats off to this team, their courtesy and for making my day easy! 5 stars ⭐️!

These are my “garlic parmesan” but they seem to be missing a couple things…. Maybe garlic and parmesan? The hour long wait (not an exaggeration) was wonderful as well. I would love my money back

I went into Wingstop yesterday evening with my party. I had the pleasure of being serviced by a guy named Chris. His attitude and professionalism was nothing short of perfection. He really went above and beyond with his customer service. Wingstop needs to applaud him for his efforts and give him a raise, literally!Since the pandemic happen, customer service from establishments and employees have been mediocre to say the least. Chris, thanks for making my experience at this location very pleasant!

I ordered from the app 3 different types of wings, two were correct, one was wrong. I only asked for the wrong one to be fixed. I called the store first and they said they could remake it, when I got there they said I had to bring the food they messed up on or they wouldn’t remake it (after driving there for the second time) They could’ve at least been polite but the one lady in the back just yelled and said she made the order correct, never came to talk to me face to face. This isn’t the first time that manager has given me and other customers attitude. I never got a receipt, and or my Korean BBQ wings!😭 Regret spending money there for sure.

We ordered 100 wings. Boxes were not labelled, wings were not warm and dipping sauce missing. First time ordering and NEVER again. Called to speak with manager but no response thus why this bad review

Don’t ever order from this place. They take your money, never make your food, charge your card, and when you go to call to see what the deal is, their phone is disconnected! I literally went there after my delivery never showed up and the manager tried to lie and say their phone works just fine until I pulled out my phone and called them in front of him and got a busy signal. He finally admitted that they just unplug the phone when it gets busy. These people are hacks and have no business running a restaurant. Go literally anywhere else.

The wait for my order was almost an hour. I asked the girl to double check to make sure everything was in the bag she said yes so I drove home about a 20 minute drive and they forgot a whole order. I had about three different orders.And my chicken was not moist it was hard and over cooked and tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for about two hours. And their french fries are horrible.I will never go back again

Love wingstop, but their wait time is honestly horrific. Past year or so, I'm regularly waiting 3-4x the estimated waiting time (of 10-15 minutes). Have employees who will just stop and talk to their friends that come in and will wait until their manager to yell at them (happened tonight 7.1. 2022).
