Overall good experience. Server was friendly. The food was amazing considering we were very hungry after Bloomsday 12k. But the wait was kind of ridiculous. The place wasn't even that full. I'm assuming they were understaffed. Only reason I can't give it a perfect 5 stars. Other than that the food was good and the drinks were cold. I recommend the shrimp tacos for lunch!

So, there was three of and the place was not that busy. Our waitress Jill was absolutely 💯 fire. She was very polite and understanding.
So we had the new brisket burger which was wonderfully juicy and tasteful. I down right enjoyed every bite!
My brother-in-law had a salad and quesidella. It looked good.
Now my wife had ordered the Sirloin steak medium well. With steamed broccoli and rice. The steak had to be sent back 4 times and still wasn't cooked properly. It either ended up well done or medium rare. Finally after the fourth time we just gave up on the cheif getting it right and settled with a medium rare steak.
Jill our waitress was wonderful though.

Before a concert in Spokane we went to Chili’s for dinner which was very good. The service was great but the restaurant area needed swept and the bathroom needed attended to.

I loved chili's in north spokane but haven't been since they closed that location. I went to the downtown location and I'm assuming they are understaffed. We walked in to multiple dirty tables and waited about 5 mins before being greeted/seated, no big deal. But then we experienced horrible service as well. Our waitress never checked back in after we got our order, our drinks were never refilled, and I actually ended up grabbing my own to go boxes because i was tired of waiting. I saw a couple other servers but ours jusr seemed to disappear. My corn on the cob seemed shriveled from microwaving, the tortillas for the fajitas were rock hard after 5 mins ( microwaved as well I presume). The chicken strips were tough horrible meat. My sons grilled cheese wasn't even crispy/ toasted, it was melted butter on bread basically so he didn't eat it. He also noticed another kid got one properly cooked and wondered why his was messed up. Just an overall bad experience and like I said I have loved chili's for years but I won't be back to this location.

I would have given this a 5 star, but the ribeye I had was the thinnest I've ever seen. The flavor was pretty good, but I've never seen a ribeye that thin before. However, the service and all the other food was great. The mini multen lava cakes were fantastic!

We went to the downtown Spokane Chili’s for dinner on Friday, July 9. To me, this restaurant is a little more run-down than other Chili’s locations. It took about 15 minutes to get seated as we had a semi-large group (my wife, two children, my sister, her two children, and me). The hostess was pretty low energy. However, our server, Marisa, was outstanding. We didn’t make it easy on her. The three of us adults had all downloaded the Chili’s app so we instantly got rewards for either free chips and salsa or an upgraded appetizer on a 3 for $10 dinner. Marisa was patient and helpful as we stumbled through our orders, applying our rewards. Our kids were tough to handle on this particular evening and we asked Marisa to split the check and she never showed any sign of frustration…we really appreciated it. Food came out quickly and was decent. I really believe that the 2 for $25 or 3 for $10 options are the best way to go. I got the chicken Cajun pasta, Texas cheese fries, and a Dr. Pepper. Although the food isn’t out of this world, the value is certainly there. When it came time to pay the check, Marisa brought us soda refills in to-go cups, one final nice gesture.

I called in a to-go order on the 3v3 basketball tournament weekend, expecting things to be pretty hectic and for my order to take a long time. However, the order of egg rolls and chips and salsa was ready when I got there. The egg rolls were hot and crispy, really just perfect. The chips were properly seasoned and the salsa was some of the very best I've ever had. The tomatoes were ripe and the heat was there, but not overwhelming. It was a great experience. Congrats Chili's Spokane. You are rock stars!!!

The restaurant was clean, and food was fine. However the service kinda sucked. The server couldn't fill our waters, ignored us for at least 15 after we finished eating, and only after we flagged her down to get our checks. Never smiled once, could barely converse with us at all. All while all her other tables, which weren't many, and had already had their food when we arrived, Not sure what the deal was, but will probably not be going back
