We went on a Saturday to order a ft long. We were told that we can get 2 gatorade drinks for free, so we decided to go for it. Only later we realized that on the receipt the drinks were included for a total of approximately $5. What a scam! Will never eat at that place again. It was not the first time that we encountered poorly trained employees at this location.

Had an order for pickup and when I had arrived they told me they were out of almost everything on my sandwich and they just put other stuff in it to fill it up. When I asked for a refund I was told to just come back the next day. I don't live in Spokane so that isn't an option for me

They served up a darn good diet coke.came in for a quick fountain soda and left please. Good covid-19 procedures. Worker was continuously cleaning. If I were hungry I would definitely eat here.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Ordered sandwiches online for several employees, and when we got them back to work, realized the chicken Cesar didn’t have chicken! How does that even happen? They put the meat on first! Called and was told that we would have to bring ALL of the sandwiches back or no refund for the ONE. We were at work and couldn’t get back downtown, nor should that have been necessary. Should have just apologized and given a credit for the mistake on the sandwich. The manager was rude and could not have cared less. My employee got a lettuce sandwich and Subway got the credit card payment stopped on the order. Lose, lose. Way to go downtown Subway.

Went there on March 30th evening (taller lanky girl with brown hair and glasses assisted I think she said her name was Katelynn don’t know if it really is as her name badge was hidden). I requested my chicken be warmed in the microwave first and she was very hesitant to do this saying they usually just toast. She was quite standoffish and unpleasant in her demeanor from the getgo. I then asked for a fresh cookie that I was purchasing with my meal as the one she gave me was hard. There was a batch on a tray right behind her and instead of switching my cookie for a new one, she very rudely told me no because they have to sell the hard ones first. She then proceeded to waste everyone’s time and keep arguing, she delayed my payment processing, and was in general extremely unprofessional and sarcastic. So much so that I had to write a review to convey how she treats customers. There is no need for such a disrespectful person to be assisting, it doesn’t make sense to interact with customers because it’s obvious she has a bad attitude. We don’t expect to have our money and time wasted and to be treated uncomfortablely when we come to subway!

I got a foot long Black Forest Ham sandwich for my girlfriend and I last night for dinner before the Lady Zags basketball game. The cashier was friendly and wrote his and hers on our sandwiches to avoid confusion. The sandwich was also delicious, as well.

It is a subway after all, so you should know what to expect here. Decent enough sandwiches, never really had any complaints about it. I'm a bit of a sucker for tuna, oddly enough. Never get sick of their tuna.
