A few months ago this store must have changed management. We go to Einstein’s at least every two weeks if not more often, and in the last few months the quality of the food and service have plummeted. Went in this morning around 9:15 and the cashier who was working the drive thru this morning was rude and had no idea what he was doing (he must be new). My coffee was not what I ordered, it had no cream or flavor. My egg sandwich was the wrong one. Really disappointed, I usually love this place.
