I dumped all my change on the floor, the guy who took my order (guessing the manager) came around the counter to help me pick it up. What excellent costumer service! They are always quick, food is great, and all the employees are friendly. I go there weekly and have never been disappointed.
Their employee saved my life today and handled the lunch rush by herself like it was nothing. Thank you!

Food is wonderful, and employees are great. Good food, good people, good place to eat. Loved it.
The food is great, as is most pita pits. But what I was super impressed about was the young man behind the counter, Griffin, at the Regal Ave. It was busy and he was working alone. He had patience and manners. He was very efficient and took pride in his work. Many times I have experienced people just acting like they'd rather be somewhere else other than serving customers. Thank you Griffin, the food was excellent!
Food was excellent especially considering I ordered something healthy like a hula teriyaki chicken bowl. Would order there again.
This was quite honestly the best service I had at any dining experience. WOW! I’ve eaten at a lot of places with a variety of price points and this Pita Pitt outdid them all. The staff is amazing!
We got the make your own pita and throughout the process the guy was so patient, encouraging and provided some ideas and suggestions. It’s hard to describe, but it left us with such an happy experience and the food was great too! He even offered to grill some of the vegetables when we started grilling our meats and asked for seasoning on the chicken.
I highly recommend this pita Pitt and I am definitely coming back! If you want any sort of fast casual do not hesitate and come here!
Food was excellent as always. I typically don’t review places BUT these guys were exceptional. Most restaurants don’t deliver to my friends address and the select few that do charge double for their delivery fee. PITA PIT delivered and did not charge me an extra fee.
If you’re someone who believes great customer service no longer exists….order from these guys you won’t be disappointed.
