WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My food was cold as if it was taken out of a fridge. The sandwiches weren't made correctly and were poorly put together. The fries were cold and stale. Sign says open 24hrs but they are not. Everything was on and I got out at the drive through and walked up to the window and nothing. Sign is very misleading.

Food is fine. Morning employees really seem like they don't wanna be there. Carl does a great job at the window janae sounds like she hates her job. Two other employees outside yelling at each other a couple weeks ago. We are downtown so not the biggest surprise.

This place was not busy at all. We ordered 2 burgers and a drink. Took 10 minutes. 5 people standing around talking. Apparently there was no rush at all. Will not return. The burgers were good though lol.

It was a bummer they were out of tiny tacos AND large cups. I got regular tacos and they were fine but it was disappointing. I've also ordered from them through door dash recently and always have missing items. It's unfortunate because they do a good job as far as their food being fresh and tasty.

Waited 15-20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. Usually most restaurants will comp your meal or give you a free drink or fries or something to make up for the poor service. Was not happening at the Jack In The Box on 3rd Avenue downtown. The meal was pretty good once we finally got it though.
