Good place. Ordered two pizzas for a good price. It was a very unpleasant experience because restrooms are closed to the public. There are a lot of homeless people walking around asking for restrooms, however, restricting restrooms for customers doesn't make sense.

DO NOT ORDER WEEKDAY AFTERNOONS. Second time with bad results in the last 2 months. 1st time said online 30-45 minutes and was over 90. Today, said 25 and got in 60.
10 minutes from store. However, I watched tracker of driver leave 20 minutes from ordering and then both pizza and chicken burnt and hard when it arrived 60 minutes later. Charcoaled feta? crumbles on top. Couldn't eat. Still have burnt charcoal taste from part I tried. They refused refund. Have ordered 2+ times a month
with little issues, but weekday afternoon orders awful experience.

I was at Sacred Heart for 3 days and on the last night I ordered parmesan bread bites and cinnamon sticks with apple dip. It took over 2 hours for delivery and when we did finally get it, they didn't even put the cinnamon sticks in the order, just the apple dip.
I was very displeased with the service and customer interaction 😔 Won't be ordering from this store at least anymore!

Ordering online was surprisingly much easier than its been throughout the last 10 yrs using previous versions on thier sites. From the moment I pressed submit order, I could see that it was instantly being processed & prepared. Tracking it all the way to the door is awesome via the app itself as well as also receiving updates via text & Alexa! The food itself tasted amazing & driver was prompt & friendly. It was beyond easy, super efficient, & quick! The only issue I had personally was that I noted in large BOLD lettering not to go to the front of the small apt bldg & to please deliver to BACK DOOR ONLY. The driver came to front door anyway & knocked loudly on locked door. It was close to 1am & the 6 unit bldg is a majority of all elderly tenants. That said, tenants from 2 of the 5 units were woken up & let me know. Oops... 😯 So that didnt go well for me unfortunately but I will say that I have had this issue with other delivery services as well where for whatever reason the messge to the drivers are not read or followed. So to be fair, this tech isnt an issue that should weight negatively on Dominos itself. Or at least not on the food I received, length of time it took and the process of ordering, etc. I would highly recommend this Dominos to friends & family. In my oppinion it was by far as close to perfect as a food delivery scenario can get and I am a tough reviewer!! A++ ☺

Lousy customer service. I placed a. Order online and used the pizza tracker to know when to go in and get my order which includes a sandwich, bone in wings, a dessert and a drink. I walked in the door and went to the cash register where I waited, alone, for no less than 10 minutes before the snottiest tough girl you ever saw came out of the back room. She looks for my order and finds it and informs me that it hasn't even been started and said that the cheapskate that owns the place won't hire enough people for the night shift and tells me that because she is there alone, and there are several orders ahead of me, it will be at least half an hour before mine is ready. Mind you that it has already been about 25 minutes since I originally ordered. I didn't get to say anything before she told me that if I didn't like it, I could cancel my order, which I did. I will never go through this location again. I DO NOT recommend this location.

I've been traveling and got sick. I got stuck in Spokane Washington, and this particular Domino's Pizza location gave me excellent service, high quality product, and kept me going when I didn't know what I had for 3 weeks. So, thank you for taking care of me!

I placed two orders. First was my order for pasta and wings. Then my guest ended up wanting something so he went ahead and placed a second order on my dominoes app. They delivered the second order but forgot to give me the 2 liter soda. Called the store and let them know. Driver came back and delivered it. Waited a few minutes again and I still did not receive my first order. So I checked the tracker and it showed that the order was complete. So I called the store and was placed on hold three times and had to explain my situation three times as well. Closing Manager was rude as hell and had the audacity to say they will have to charge me for a remake because the driver claimed they went to the door and it was a secured building so they couldn’t enter. That is when I realized they went to the wrong place. Got into a heated debate about it and then she finally offered to remake it but would take another 45 minutes to deliver it. At this point I am frustrated already because it has been an hour and a half since I placed the orders originally. I ended up just taking the cancellation of my order and she hung up on me before I could inquire about the refund further.

I walked from my office to the store, and I really wish I hadn't. I ordered a pizza and a salad. I was told my pizza would be 10 minutes. As soon as I sat down to wait I was called up to get my salad. Warm wilted salad isn't the end of the world - however two employees eating at the station where they slice the pizza pretty much is. One was eating hand to mouth and didn't wash his hands the entire time I was there. I couldn't get this image out of my mind as I walked back to my office. Pizza went straight into the garbage and I at my wilted salad. I've ordered MANY pizzas from this store and they have always been delivered hot and tasty. Sadly the bliss of ignorance is now gone and I won't be making any more orders.

Absolutely worst pizza I’ve ever received. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and there was literal ground beef and no pepperoni, the parm bites were literally soggy from the butter they put on them , I’m very disappointed

Unsure if it's your store or another but based on where we ran into the driver this is my best guess, one of your drivers was aggressive to the point of dangerous, going at least 40mph in a residential and cutting us off in our car. It was a white Toyota Camry and we have the license plate to report to police if you're unwilling to address the issue/direct me to the correct management to report this to.

I will never order from there again! Ny husband and I live in a motel and order A LOT of pizza due to our not having a kitchen to cook in. We had a couple friends over and I bought us all lunch that came to $45. In our order was a garden salad for myself as I am a vegetarian well I was downstairs getting ice when the order came and when I got back to my room I noticed there wad no salad so I immediately called them and told them that they forgot some of my order a girl named Amanda put me on hold to contact the driver and talk to het boss. When she got back on the phone she apologized for the mistake and asked me if I wanted her to send a driver back with my salad right away. Of course I wanted them to do that so I said yes please. Well over 2 hours go by and no salad so I call back and got told they sent it with another driver and they brought it to the wrong room! But I was put on hold again so this Amanda could talk to her boss then she says that again it's on its way and asks me for my room number. Another hour goes by and I call back again only this time Amanda says please hold and just puts some guy that works there on the phone and he calls me a liar and says that his driver that delivered the rest of my order said I got the salad with the rest of the food and he has worked there ten years so I must have just wanted another salad so I got upset and the guy on the other line says in a condescending tone you know what I'm just going to go ahead and send you another salad and a refund then hung up on me I had ny husband call back to politely tell remind them of our room number since they mixed them up before and Amanda said in response very rudely 259 right then hung up on him. what horrible employees and terrible customer service! Also when I finally got my salad it was delivered by the one who called me a liar
