6 months ago I wrote a 1 star review about how I asked for no hotsauce on my tacos. And sure enough 6 months later, today I go back and they STILL are incapable of not putting sauce on.. this is by far the worst location. Being someone who has allergies I would think they would train better on this. I wish this place went under rather than the burger king located on the north side. I hope that jack in the box starts to take allergies more serious than they currently are. And I would strongly suggest anyone with allergies not come to this place until that has changed.

Eugene and Lexie are so kind and have the best customer service. They are fast and never mess up my order. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been too they are by far the most hardworking people. Food is hot and quick.

Ordered on the app and waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby and the $35 order I had already paid for still had not come through on their end. I know this was not the employees fault it was an app issue, the 2 employees who were working handled it very well and got me the order after calling the manager because apparently there is not a manager on shift at all times... which is also wierd. Those 2 girls need somebody else there to help them out with issues they don't know how to fix. That's what management is for....

I love Jack in the box, but this location specifically SUCKS. The food should be fresh NOO matter the time. I was going in the evenings, between 7pm and just about 30 to 45 mins before closing. I understand it can be frustrating, but that is your job. So when I come through and get soggy tacos , nasty fries, and my burger has been sitting in the warmer for God knows how long , it's unacceptable. I tried to go back multiple times thinking it was a bad night, nope it's just a crew that doesn't seem to care. Polite ABSOLUTELY but I can tell they care less once it's close to closing time. I've been in the food service industry for 13 years..

Lady taking orders was great but the place itself was just not good. All out of everything. Went there with my client and our driver for lunch they both had no lettuce on their burgers our drivers meal was cold they had 1 pickle on their burgers, couldn't get their own drinks because half the items were out, when asked what was going on we were told the truck had not shown up yet (it's MONDAY AFTERNOON) and they had not been paid. When asked to speak to a manager they informed us their manager was not there! Whoever is running this jack in the quack needs to step it up! The one right down the street was 10x more put together! AND PAY THOSE EMPLOYEES!

I am a Doordash Driver. When I arrived to get my order, I realized that the lobby was closed. Because of this I had to go through the drive through. It took me 25 MINUTES to get to the window. When I asked the rude girl working there what was taking so long, she replied saying that there was only two of them there. This was an outright lie, as I could see at least 4 people through the drive-through window, all of whom were joking around and laughing rather than doing their jobs. After telling me this, she shut the window, and I proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes. Because of the laziness of this restaurant's staff, my order was 30 MINUTES LATE. I will not be coming back. As a driver or a customer.

Tables were all dirty, napkin holders mostly empty, soda machine was out, no paper towels in bathroom, toilet paper on the floor not in the holder, exposed power cord for a fan across the floor as you enter the doors. The front counter employee was busy changing menu sign. There were no other customers. She stopped to attend to the soda machine after we ordered but did not attend to the bathroom after we told her twice.

We had the rudest girl working the drive through. She was unable to get our order correct after telling her 6 times. She read the order back incorrectly and when we corrected her she told someone around her (while the headset was still on) that this "F-ing lady is arguing with me. Im not dealing with thus s**t!". We left and immediately texted the area manager who had the store manager contact us. The Store Manager was extremely nice and assured us that she would be talking to this girl and that she would probably be looking for a new job due to this incident.

I went tonight and got a crispy chicken salad only to get home and see that they gave me no chicken � im not going to go back because its too much of a hassle but i definitely wont be ordering from this jack in the box agian

Could have been better, you discontinued 4 items that my family went there to get.
First 2 are marinara and mozzarella sticks.
The 3rd is chipotle sauce, I loved it on the Grande sausage breakfast burrito because I can't eat sriracha
Finally the 4th is the steak and egg burrito
Don't know if we will come back. I'm even an ex employee very disappointing.

when an employee purposely makes a sandwich inedible, that is STEALING. giving me my money back will not fix the problem. continuing to tell me you are trying to fix the problem by giving me my money back will NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. if you don't understand how to fix the PROBLEM you have NO BUSINESS MANAGING A RESTAURANT. until you fix your problem you are nothing but thieves. thieves. thieves condoning thievery. one star is far too many for thieves but was my only option. you stole my money, gave me inedible food, and your only option to fix it is to give me my money back. unreal. you think this may be the reason you never have business but arbys right next to you is constantly busy. what do you think? ready to fix you problem yet, or you gonna continue to protect your inept employees? slimeball thieves.

Very poor drive through. Egg rolls completely burned. Forgot tacos. Kicker was the guy who waited on us turned out to be the manager. Horribl.

This place is disgusting and cruel. My BESTFRIEND and I got out of a movie at 12:30am tonight and thought it would be a good idea to go get some food. So, we went to jack in the box, ate and then thought of something to do for the night. She got into my car and we left her car there, and came back to get it at 2:00am. At first we thought it got stolen, so we went to the drive through window to ask if they saw anything. Turns out that one of the dick head managers called the towing company and got it towed, also proceeded to tell us that it was parked there for 3 hours unintended... He was a total dick about it, and gave horrible service. We literally bought food, and then she got her car towed.
