I am thinking it is a trend for businesses in this block to give far less than what is fair! This sundae is absurdly small for the price! Less than 2 bites of vanilla ice cream.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Store has gone way down hill. Very dirty inside. Hot fudge looked like a lump of Kingsford charcoal. Reeses parfait peanut butter looked like sand. We won't be back to this BR 31 flavors. Will have to find one with a different owner.
They just are always out of stuff that they should have its hella disappointing 😞
Though I grew up with B&R, love the ice cream and the brand. This specific location has serious training issues.
I one instance I bought a $20 gift card to join the loyalty program (which I am still not clear if it's a thing) and the next time I came back they couldn't figure out how to accept
