I have been to Sonic before , in many locations and in many different states. Tried this location today and was pleasantly surprised that they had a walk inside/dine inside area. What a concept!!! Loved it! The food was as good as any Sonic and the staff were very quick, friendly and efficient. Will go out of my way to come to this location next time I am craving something from a Sonic.

We like sonic but live in the valley so don't get to visit very often we were at the lake today so decided to stop in for lunch. This location definitely wasn't great. First they gave everyone fries even though my daughter wanted tots we didn't notice until we started pulling away. Then I opened my grilled cheese burger and it appears the cap came off the mustard and it squirted everywhere, but they gave it to us anyway. We will likely choose elsewhere to eat in the future.

I’m an Uber Eats delivery person. This time it was two drinks and a cup of ice. I understand that they are short staffed but when it’s not that busy and I’m at the stall and in queue. The red button is lit up to let you know that you’re in queue. Well, it went off and had to press the button again. First was told that it had to be made, must have forgotten about it. The second tone, it was brought out quickly. They apologized and gave me a coupon for a free burger, problem is, it expired Dec 31, 2021. Yes, I would like this escalate to the owner. I have worked fast food before and I know the expectations and this one did poorly.

Went here last night and was missing an item. Called and spoke to the manager who said we were free to come back in and get a replacement of the item. Problem is - we live kind of far away and the gas money it would take to go back would actually be a loss of money. Not only that but the Chicken Sandwich was smashed and the large side of Tots was only half full. So we got a 'medium' amount. This alone was a rip off. Overall we just had a very bad experience, but I give the two stars instead of one because at least the server was nice, and the employees seem to be kind. But for what happened last night - we deserved to at least be compensated for a full meal (not just a simple replacement of a missing item). Especially because so much was wrong with our order. Kind of messed up our evening really. Probably won't return to this location again. Not until there is new management at least. Nice people working here. But the excellence in food quality and is greatly lacking. You ever tried to eat a 'smashed' Chicken Sandwich? It's really gross.

I go here once in a while for a cool drive-in style experience. The food is good and the service has been amazing every time I've been there. The best part is that they have order boards that you park at to order your food, pay, and wait to receive it. No drive through line here!

One drink took an amazingly long time. Then the straw was shorter than the drink and that took awhile to replace. My first Sonic experience was in the early 1960s in Vernon, TX. Their slogan was, "Service with the speed of sound!" Those roller skaters zipping around delivering food were SO IMPRESSIVE! Same with the first Sonic in WA State down on Ruby Street in Spokane about 17 years ago - very impressive! Not so at a different Sonic today.

They re slow always it takes just as much time to get drinks here and no food as it does to get food for five and somehow your food still ends up cold. Love the ice and drink selection. It's worth the wait!

We have had great experiences with other Sonic locations but at this location our meal today wasn't at par. Over sauced and the order was not correct even when repeated at the drive thru order. The whole order crushed into a single bag, for a family of 4.

Went through the drive through this morning and ordered four breakfast burritos. We waited 10-15 min. There was one parked car and I was the only one in the drive thru when I ordered. When we got our order she apologized for the wait but offered nothing in return. I drove home to feed my family, opened the bag and found the wrong order. I was so disappointed and don’t understand how the order could have been wrong after waiting so long. Then I looked at my receipt and noticed she got my order wrong anyways. I ordered four burritos and she only had three on my receipt. Wow.

This location has some SERIOUS management issues... Will NEVER go to this place again!!! The manager needs to be fired!!!
