I'm a door dash driver and picked up an order here and while I was there I glanced at the menu and was pleasantly surprised to find a wide array of vegan options. I've literally never had a Chinese food entree as a lifelong vegetarian because plant based options simply don't exist so seeing an entire page dedicated to vegan full entrees made my day and I placed an order on my next day off. I was definitely turned off a bit by the high prices shown on the online menus so I was again pleasantly surprised when I placed my order and was told it would be less than 20$ for the sweet and sour tofu, spring rolls, and sesame buns. They said it would be ready in half an hour to 45 minutes so I took my time driving there but it was ready in less than 30 minutes. I was excited to dig into my plant based meal but when I got home I was disappointed that the sesame buns I'd really wanted to try were missing from my order. :( I had specified on the phone that I wanted the sesame buns with the coconut sauce so I don't understand why they missed that. I called them and they told me to come back in and get them. I ate my meal and it was delicious. I am so happy that I've found a Chinese restaurant that makes a wide selection of plant based food, something I've been waiting for for a long time. I was disappointed that they forgot my sesame buns and I don't understand why they missed this on a slow Sunday night so there is definitely room for improvement in regards to customer service. It seems from the other reviews that this is a common mishap so it seems they really need to work on providing better service and listening better. I hope they do improve these things because the food was great and I will for sure be back. I would have given 3 stars but I'm just so stoked that FINALLY there's a Chinese food restaurant that offers meat-free vegan and vegetarian options. It's worth the visit, just be very clear about what you want.

I enjoyed this place, it had good food with a good selection of food, and a good atmosphere. It is easy to get in and out for parking and or walking.
The staff though busy were helpful with any questions.
The food was good and well prepared, service was good and prompt.

I went in with my daughter after work and ordered takeout. My food was ready to go In about 20 min. The customer service was excellent and don't get me started on the food. We got the two person meal B with a few extras. It was the best Chinese food I have ever had. Everything was super fresh and super tasty. And it was reasonably priced. We fed my family of 4 big eaters for under $75 and still have about half for left overs. I would recommend this place to anyone! Delicious!

They serve big portions of food but it did cost $12 for rice and $10 for a large wonton soup. These pictures are from after I ate the fried rice and wonton soup. The wontons are in the to go cup and what it's served with is in the bowl. They do have moo goo gai pan; which we have been looking all over for.

Thought we would give it a try. Food was just okay...not the best Chinese food that we've ever had, but it wasn't terrible. Service was adequate, but a little slow. They have worked to improve decor. I don't know if we will be back, but it was a convenient location for downtown Spokane.

I have patronized this place for decades so I have no idea why things have changed. We ordered our meal with a 30 minute delivery time, it was after the 30 minutes that our delivery time was extended. After waiting for an hour and a half, we contacted you and we were notified that our food was just leaving the restaurant and that things were “very busy”. About 30 minutes after that, the food was delivered. The rolls were tasty, the dumplings were borderline burned on one side and the edges were chewy, most of the honey walnut prawns were tasty (though I got a bite of something very acidic in this) and the vegetables had good crunch. The MOST disappointing part was that the food was COLD. Needless to say, we will be reconsidering our Chinese food establishment choice in the future, which after all these years saddens me.

Great vegan options! Come here for lunch often for the pick 3 for about 9 dollars. Can't beat that. The fried breaded tofu options are so good tastes very similar to the breaded meat options. The vegan broth soup is delicious Great prices as well. Service is sometimes slow but worth it.

I’m Warning you, potential customer. An Awful experience. Its like one of those horror movies that starts in the strange feeling restaurant and the nasty waitress. Really really consider even the grocery store and a campfire and even starvation before crossing the threshold of this hot Mess.
