I ordered a 20 piece spicy nuggets, two fries, and 2 drinks at the drive thru. After I paid, they asked me to pull forward because they were waiting on the nuggets. No problem.
I get my food and the fries on the top were nice and fresh and the food smelled delicious. I drive a few blocks to my house and get the food out and there were only 4 or 5 fresh nuggets and the rest were hard as a rock and barely edible.

This is the best McDonald’s! The staff was so friendly and the food was done at light speed! The food here tasted better than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. All of the tables in the lobby were clean and it was just a nice atmosphere all around. Will definitely be coming back.

Now that I live in Spokane this has become My favorite McDonald's to frequent. No matter how long/short the line is— it doesn't take long. Customer service is great, food hot, nice employees...I have NO complaints. Also the location is central. It's close by to other establishments I frequent.

They let 3 people in front of me order but within the 15 seconds it took the person ahead of me to pull forward and me pull up, the lady told me, in an extremely snarky tone, "due to technical difficulties they were closed for the night" that's ALL she said. No explanation. No reason given as to why 3 people were able to go RIGHT before me. No apology. I wouldn't have even been upset if the way it was said didn't sound so rude.
I've NEVER EVER EEEVVVEERRR had issues at this Walmart, besides maybe having to wait in the line for a while (but that's due to the heavy traffic. Definitely NOT their fault) and once they accidentally gave me the wrong bag, when it was overly busy and staff was obviously short. And they had the correct stuff together, then just accidentally grabbed the wrong bag. The staff here has always ALWAYS been EXTREMELY respectful, kind, funny, personable. Just really great, smiley people. They honestly deserve HUGE raises...
So last night when she said it like that, I was honestly so shocked I was speechless! I wanted to ask a question and I could NOT get the words out of my mouth. So I just drove away. Absolutely freaking insane. That lady who worked last night absolutely does NOT represent how the rest of the employees are. She just happens to be a bad seed. Or maybe she's great and was just having a hard day and didn't realize how her tone came off.... But regardless of how bad your day is, it's not an excuse to take it out on anyone else, ever, but especially at work!

Saw a commercial for the 2 for 6. TONIGHT. So headed out to get dinner. Started to place my order & noticed the prices on the drive thru screen & questioned the cost. SPECIFICALLY asked "aren't these on the 2 for 6 menu". Instead of being told that offer has ended, I was told yes & they'd correct it & have a total at the window. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!
So basically...they straight up LIED to me.For another $5 I could've gone "elsewhere" & got gourmet burgers & better service. I'll find another location for my business from this point forward.

Waited 15 minutes just to order our food waited longer to get it just for the fries to be beyond crunchy, no salt n I swear they was microwaved. When we asked about the fries the cashier just shrugged and said he doesn't cook it. They forgot mustard on our burgers and the McChicken was dry and chewy.and the garbage can was overflowing onto the ground.these guys should be ashamed of themselves. I won't eat here again. Would have given zero stars but that wasn't an option sadly.

Asked fo no onions it was obvious they took one they had made already and scraped the onions off didn’t even do a good job on that. Kinda bs if you ask me. Also didn’t include my fries with my order or a straw for my drink. Asked for 8 ketchup they didn’t throw any in.

Autumn and Austin were incredibly friendly! I hope that the remodeling McDonald's, learns from these lovely folks, and remodel their attitudes, definitely coming back to the store, even if it is a bit farther.

Kudos to this McDonald's! Within 30 seconfs of handing me my change, the tea was on my tray, they grabbed my burger and fries. Fries were cooked perfectly and tea was fresh. Never had the Mac Jr., but it was Delicious!!!

Husband came in for 2 sausage mc muffins and he got biscuit instead. Happened 2 weeks ago as well. We had to drive back two weeks ago to get it right. We wasted gas doing that. This will be our last time to your McD's. Manager is not doing his job.

Well, I gotta say, your managers need to work on their people and hygiene. On top of that, I have had people try and be slick by taking my change (called you and told you)... do what is right by your customers, it really isn't that hard. Sure you are probably taking it personal but don't, trying to help keep you from getting worse reviews. ;)

Dumbest group of fucking morons, that ever worked in fast food, in the last year you have screwed up every burger I have ever ordered accept for a very rare few, how hard is it to put extra pickles and remove the onions? Just today I ordered 6 cheese burgers so I could eat half today half for breakfast/lunch before I go into work got home 4 of them were made just fine the last 2 almost no pickles and loaded with onion, even had the white paper stuck to it saying extra pickle no onion. We even got parked so they could make our order and still messed it up.
Went a month ago ordered 12 burgers for four people 6 were no pickle, and 6 were no onion extra pickle, you messed every single burger up. All had pickle and onion.
I have worked in fast food where we had the headphones on grill and a speaker above us to listen to the order it was easy to get if I didn't understand something I would ask everyone with headphones and ask did they want whatever to verify or have person at window verify for me before finishing the burger.
Get your crap together and hire more people with high school diplomas, that might improve your chance of getting orders right.

this is for mcdonald's 6026 n. wall. went through drive through. got fries the were.....i don't know.....i managed a bk, an i cant tell what was done to these fries. double fried and still kept after hold times? just horrible and inedible. i called.....asked for a manager, somebody that WAS NOT a manager told me she was....then told me she had a hard time believing me. ????
she said her manager was cooking the fries. ?? i asked to talk to the real store manager,she said she was going to hang up on me because i was being difficult...she then loudly started yelling that i was causing a huge problem and demeaning me to the whole restaurant. so loud i could still hear her on the phone.
when the real mgr, just assistant mgr, Finally got on the phone, she pretended she had no idea what was going on. i informed her about what i new about the law and being demeaned and insulted by them and asked for an apology. she ignored me. i asked no less than 10 times for an apology, while she ignored me and said she was trying to solve the problem. i asked for the general manager's name and the district manager's number......she apologized RIGHT AWAY to that, but would NOT give the name of the store manager nor any district manager or corporate representative. then she hung up on me. MC DONALDS STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND OWES ME FOR ONE LARGE FENCH FRY. and an explanation for WHY it was SO MUCH TROUBLE JUST TO GET HONESTY!!!!! THIS IS CRIMINAL!!
