Went to dinning room. Ordered from kiosk. Had a BOGO discount of 2 on my order. The kiosk failed to print my receipt. Less then Three steps to the registers to pay and my order did not register. Great friendly staff, quick service. I needed ice for my semi truck and was able to buy 2 bags plus some food. Will go here again, when in the area.
The lobby is always closed even though the hours posted shows it should be open. They have literally the slowest drive thru of any fast food place I’ve ever been and then the ice cream machine is always “broken”. So you wait 15-20 minutes to get to order to be told they don’t have any ice cream. Wis
Its McDonald's. I've only done drive thru. Fresh fries are awesome. One big thing though. About 50% of the time, whenever I get a large order (teenagers at home). There's something missing. Very disgusting worst I have ever seen and cold food and horrible management ,never ever been treated by a manager ever like this and also had worst food and the place was so dirty...reported it and nobody from main office responded...and manager said they would not do anything either....
