Hours are wrong the closed at 8 just a few minutes before I got there. There were even still customers waiting. And the sign on the door says 9 so thry can't even seem to get their own hours displayed correctly.

Aidyn and Connie were awesome today. I went in for a few sandwiches and the line was out the door. For such young workers they really did a wonderful job controlling the crowd. Great job Aidyn and Connie! Keep your head up. You’re both awesome.

I hate giving places 1⭐ but this subway on Francis in the 5mile area is really bad! My girlfriend had complained too because they have refused to honor the coupons you get in the mail & unfortunately last week I experienced the poor service myself. I always treat people the way I want to be treated so Please and Thank you are used in all my engagement. The girl who made our sandwiches was in a rush but there was no other customers in line. When I asked for the cheesesteak she put the cold meat on & asked if I wanted it toasted, I said no & she proceeded to finish the sandwich. I asked are you gonna warm up the steak she replied "I asked if you wanted it toasted". So I asked you serve the steak cold now? She replied yes & said I can warm it up if you'd like & proceeds to scrape the meat off to warm it clearly irritated that I wanted a hot cheesesteak sandwich. So I said just cancel it & just got my girlfriends sandwich. Immediately after leaving I called 2 different subways & they both confirmed the meat on a cheesesteak is to be heated! I called back spoke to a manager & told them what happened & she confirmed the meat is heated too so the girl making my sandwich totally lied & the employee standing next to her never spoke up to correct or help fix the problem. Also manager said they actually do except the coupons but it's an extra step they have to do, so instead of doing it they just refuse to except them! So since we live in the middle of 3 subways I'll suggest my neighbors & friends avoid this location because after going back in the customer service is still bad very bad 👎 👎 👎

Sandwiches were ok but NO coupons. Change the coupons to $off, headquarters problem

First time we went it was great! However this second time was absolute a$$. I got way over charged even for getting the sandwich of the day. The bread we got was flat. The veggies and fruit were just thrown on their. Getting charged 33$ and some change for 3 sanwhiches I could make at home. I go to subway because usually they care and likento watch my Sandwhich be made.

The person making our subs was a little rude and would get attitude when we asked for extra of something but it sure was delish.

Great customer service. Because of Covid-19 and the soda machine being out of order, this Subway was out of the drink my DoorDash customer had ordered or anything alike it. So they allowed me to substitute it with a more expensive drink to keep them happy. I highly recommend ordering from and delivering for this location using DoorDash. They also already had the order done before I arrived which helped me be on time even though the customer refused to answer their phone. This is why I always accept a Subway order. Zero drama. I'll dash for this restaurant anytime. They're great.
