What happen to hair nets? 2 times at this same zips. Long brown hair inside my burger meal. Disgusting. Makes no sense. Both works are male and have long hair cooking food. Hair nets should be mandatory.
Changed the sauce on the the Wrangler! When ya'll start putting Longhorn BBQ sauce back on that sandwich I'll return.

Great food, but terrible prices. $9 for a burger and a medium fry, and no drink? I can go to a taco truck and get better food, and more of it for the same price.. They also take about twice as long to make the food than anywhere else you could go...
Ordered three hot sandwiches and got moldy bread. When called about it, overheard the guy that made the sandwiches infer I was a liar. Bad customer service and a risk to eat. Will not return there again. Made complaint to both corporate and the health dept.

Gave me only 4 onion rings for 4.99 purchase we also ordered two fish and chips one filets were undercooked ( frozen in the middle)
The other plate had overcooked filets. Lastly I have ordered a belly buster with out tomatoes. and got one covered in them. Save yours
Their burgers, especially the Papa Joe, are so good. The fries are really good with their famous tarter sauce and ranch. They're worth the wait because everything is cooked to order.
