Ordered the big king. Nope it's the mini king. The whopper Jr is bigger than this thing. Do not order the "big" king. False advertising. If anyone in burger King reads this: CHANGE YOUR BRANDING OF THIS SANDWICH!!!!!!! Should read MINI KING. In the pic that is a regular size spoon. If I had know. This came only in the Mini size I would have ordered 3 to make the size of a whopper. Great false advertising.

They can get really crowded in their drive thru at this location and they need more staff. Good food for a reasonable price. I like the value meal deals. Lots of options on menu mostly chicken or beef. I really like their onion rings.

THIS Burger King was Absolutely CLEAN and Has Excellent Social Distance Clearly Marked Tables. The Employees Seemed Like they were Having a Fun Day. EXCELLENT Customer Service AND Our Take-Out Order was Perfect. No Mistakes!

Their drive threw is the slowest I have ever seen. You can wait up to 30 minutes and that with 3 cars in line. The drive through window is disgusting and dirty you can tell they dont clean.

Glad we didn't see how dirty the kitchen was until after we ate. This restaurant used to be very clean. What happened? Our son ordered a hamburger and got a cheese burger instead. He went up to exchange it and she argued with him and kept saying "The screen says cheese burger" Doesn't matter, that's not what he ordered. I had to go ask again for a hamburger. We finished eating and he finally got one. Our food was cold too. Waited 20 minutes for cold stale food.

They need to figure out how to get more efficient with the drive thru. It takes so long each and every time. I frequently avoid going there due to the over the top wait times.

I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, 1 no catsup, the other one only catsup. When i got home, both burgers had only catsup.. i tried to call the store for 15 mins and didnt get an answer. So I drove back to Spokane from Suncrest. I went inside to get my order taken care of and the employee said I can't take your messed up order, but I'll have another one made with an attitude. I stood in the store for 15 mins while other orders were being handed out. Then a lady I'm assuming was the shift manager came up and got my remade order ready, and handed me the burger. I then had to request fresh frys as they were cold. I got attitude during the whole experience over the crew messing up my order. I then got my remade order with fresher fries. I then get back out to Suncrest to find out there is no cheese on my whopper... I paid for cheese and didn't get it.. so I used my gas, put mileage on my car, used my time and the order is still messed up. I've tried to call the store for 15 more mins then decided to just write a review.. hopefully someone makes this right.. I was the assistant manager at that store 15 years ago and would have NEVER let this issue happen..

The customer service was terrible. The redheaded woman, who was not wearing a name tag, that took our order was very rude to my husband. She verbally snapped at him multiple times during our order. I know that these time are hard on everyone emotionally, but there is no excuse for verbally abusing customers while they are placing an order. We will NOT be going back to the particular Burger King again.
