Not a bad experience but not really a positive one either. The staff weren't rude but they weren't friendly either. No small talk or even greetings. My toast ended up buried under my fries and gravy container and I didn't get very many fries compared to what I normally get.

The staff are very respectful and nice. Their food is pretty good too. And instead of wasting icecream that they made wrong, they put it in a bag and sell about 5-8 things for $6. They're called mystery bags. Very good place to go.

I enjoy this location. I have had pleasant experiences, but the horrible drive thru. This needs to be fixed. Having cars parking on the way through the drive thru SUCKS. Went to get ice cream treats for kids (13, 6, 3). I ordered a non dairy strawberry dilly bar and was told it only came in milk chocolate!? Why would you have non dairy ice cream but milk chocolate to cover it? Defeats the purpose of non dairy!!!!

I was denied service in drive through because I was riding an electric scooter. Not a little razor or kids scooter, but one intended for adults in the road. It has a seat and is expensive. I will never eat at DQ because of that policy. Had it been a gas engine I would have gotten t service.

Nice staff but the 2 people working needed more help. They were moving as fast as I would want someone carrying spillable food to move but they just couldn't keep up with the customers. Price was bad for what I got. Kinda small but quite tasty

Best ice cream in town. I wish their ice cream cakes were cheaper, can't afford one except for special occasions. Dilly bars are definitely worth the price😁

I love this place. When ordering food inside the restaurant they are great! Food is excellent. Who ever owns the franchise or who ever manages the place obviously pays no mind to customers on foot. They DO NOT SHOVEL their sidewalk which is their responsibility in Spokane. I think it's very inconsid
