Ordered a salad and two sandwiches online.
Both sandwiches had toppings that were not ordered. The salad was not chopped (yeah, I know, it’s a pain to clean the salad bowl… quit offering it then) and seems the same as a $3 convenience store salad, not the $10.50 I paid. Feel like they just took advantage of ordering it online instead of in-person.

While most subways are great, this one is lacking in customer service. First the employee helping us did not have a name tag on so I can not tell you what her position in the store is. I can say if the blue haired employee helps you request she make one sandwich at a time completely. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches and before she got halfway through ours she started the ladies sandwiches behind us in line. For 5 min our nice n toasted sandwiches were getting cold as she built the other two ladies sandwiches. Not sure who trained her but she acted like a manager as she told a fellow employee she did not need help. YES YOU DO NEED HELP AND RETRAINING. There is a wonder subway on Francis Ave by burger King. Go to that one instead, they are will trained.

I went to Subway in Walmart and had an absolute amazing sandwich artist I cannot recall her name but she had beautiful blue extensions in her hair! Please give her a raise she deserves it!! She was more than accommodating and made my experience wonderful I will definitely be coming back if she’s still there❤️

Great, friendly, funny staff. I've been to other Subway locations and this spot is the only one with consistently kind and talkative employees. You will not find a better Subway experience. Plus they know what they're doing, which sadly I cannot say about other stores.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Regardless of the good sub's, I called 20 minutes to make sure I was able to come in at 7:40 to place 4 foot long orders and Alexis, the employee whom answered the phone, was rude and short with me and even hung up before I was able to ask another question after she answered my first question. Made me not even want to come to this location.

Stopped quickly at the Subway on the corner of Wellesley and Alberta for a cheap meal for my kids before soccer practice. Never have been to this Subway before and won't be going back. My son is a vegetarian and I wanted to order a slider with out the meat. We are on a budget so it seemed like a great option. First I was questioned for alternating the slider format offered. Again all I was asking for was no meat. They finally agreed. I didn't want to pay $7.00 for a vegetarian sandwich. The sandwich comes with a half slice of cheese when I asked for an extra 1/2 slice it was as if I was asking for a million dollars. She very "kindly" told me they would do it this one time. I responded with the same "kind" voice I was given by telling them I was actually saving them money by eating the cheese instead of the meat because they don't have a vegetarian option. She then proceeded to tell me that If a Subway Quality person came in then they would get in trouble for adding the half slice of cheese. I asked her name and again ever so "kindly" she told me it was Juanita and that she was the manager. I hope that a Subway higher up comes to her store and sees how she is discriminating against vegetarians with such a rude manor. She instantly was angry at me for asking for a slider with out meat for my vegetarian son. I hope it was worth losing my business. Seriously think about it you are in the customer service industry if you have had a bad day don't take it out on the people buying your product. And Subway if you are that strict about what is taking off your sliders that your managers are afraid of getting in trouble and then taking it out on the customers then shame on you.

Orders must be done online, they do NOT accept orders an entire 30 minutes before close, do not take walk-ins, and do not have the 2 for $5 deal. In a time where business should be accommodating during a pandemic since many are going under, they are far from working hard to avoid this, and make ordering an absolute chore. The website is also poorly coded on mobile and has a clunky user interface. Your money and time are better spent elsewhere. There is a Panda Express and a Mod Pizza in the same parking lot and they provide exceptional customer service for effectively the same price. $10 for a salad? Really? If you’re going to stop accepting orders 30 minutes before close for what is effectively fast food/a salad bar you might as well pack up shop, that’s the laziest thing I have ever heard. People can’t even dine in, there is nothing to sanitize from customer interaction, so there is no excuse. Either poor company choice or a very lazy owner and equally lazy staff.
