They gave me the wrong order, so I simply went back in there so they could correct it. But instead they refused to change my order or give me a refund. I was very polite to them. It's one thing to make mistakes and then correct them. It's another thing to make mistakes and tell the customer too bad.

Terrible customer service. They refused to take my egift card despite every other location has no problem taking it, and have had no issue listening to my direction on how to enter it. My five layer burrito had only beef on it, missing the other four layers.
