Completely raw pizza sent to me. Absolutely inedible. As someone who has managed a pizzeria this must be a noob on the pizza oven because it’s impossible to miss a completely raw pizza. Are you kidding me??? Ordered pizza salad and 2 liter. Driver delivered pizza and Pepsi to wrong address. Just left it on the porch. I walked over and grabbed it. No salad. When she delivered my salad- the plastic popped from the pressure at which point I noticed the expiration date was 2 days ago!

The only thing worse than the food is being offered a refund or coupons and not receiving it. Got my order wrong, and the food was gross. I gave it away to someone starving in the street because it made me mad trying to eat the poorly made pizza, but it made that persons day.

We ordered pizza through Uber Eats. Our poor driver had to wait 50 minutes because they forgot our order. When it arrived it was burnt and the cheese, which was low quality, was separated. Wasted $60 on a tasteless pizza and over greased cheesey bread.

Stuft crust pizza is great. That being said,the customer service order gives wrong information. Also, outsourcing calls to Philippines for a pizza order is a terrible idea..they gave the wrong time-line,wrong order when picked up. Then no accountability at store "we have nothing to do with the call
