I can't say I've shopped at this location, This review is for the BAKERY! They did an awesome job! My siblings loved their cakes! We ordered the My Little Pony cake and the Dragon cake. They were out of the dragon for the dragon cake and I was unable to answer when they called so the manager BOUGHT a toy dragon out of their toy Department and used that! My Brother lost it when he seen it! Literally so cool! (Full disclosure the messed up spot on the side of the cake was from my brother getting too close during his excitement, they were perfect when we picked up!) I appreciate this team of bakery staff so much! It was so convenient ordering from there because we had the party at Pattisons an it meant less traveling with cake time! On a side note, they also had balloons when everyone else was out due to a helium shortage! Saved the day! Thank you!

I understand people have bad days.. maybe our checker was having a bad day, maybe he had a bad customer experience, who knows. All I do know is that when I came thru his lane, he was very unfriendly.
I had purchased an 11.99 cat tree that rang up as 35, so I said something.
He called a manager over who took the tree back to the cat area and came back with a very small piece of wood covered in carpet and said that that one was the 11.99 one.
I said, well that’s kind of false advertising, and the manager replied that the one I had picked out was in the 35$ area.
It indeed was not.
But whatever, I opted to not get it.
All in all between being called a liar by the manager and the incredibly unfriendly cashier, just yuck.
If you don’t like your job, find a new one.

Too many employees with carts blocking all the aisles without yielding to shoppers. Parked shopping carts full of stuff lining aisles made it hard to access products. A checker on the phone pushed me out of the way to get past me while I was waiting in line. I am also seeing a disregard for safety. My work would never allow me to push and pull multiple u-boats at once. I saw a man working on ceiling lights right over a customer's head. I can't believe I am saying this, but I will be shopping at Walmart from now on.

Horrible shopping. Their cashier do not greet or smile with the people of color may be. Very confusing note(See the attached picture) We grab 8 pk pepsi and 4pk Coca-Cola but not allowed to buy. What is the reason for limit? When I asked for tax-exempt form, cashier (Stacey) answer was “Hold on” with loud tone. When my saving on tax was $1.07 they giggle with each other and I can clearly understand why they giggle. I will give my money to other places, not this location. If I have to come back next time those rude people would be on record, I swear.

Worst customer service of any store I’ve ever been to. Not helpful at all! Their app and coupon clipping discounts seem like they are a good sale but every single time I check out there is always some reason why the discounts don’t show up for me. I make sure to clip before going to the store and the tenant is either unfamiliar with how their own coupon offers work or unwilling to help. I’m done shopping this store and any of their locations.

We went to buy strawberries and they all look great at first glance and then we started to take them out. Most of the container was molded. Not happy. Customer service wasn’t great.

The store is clean and well stocked with a variety to choose from. Everyone needs a chance at a good job and I applaud FM for doing that. They might try and do a little more training with their new employees. But overall it is s pleasant store to shop in.
