Disorganized and chaotic, and I was the only person in the lobby.
Order include 3 large fries, but they were only half full, and they charge $.30 for a cup of water. Manager seemed snotty and rude.
This BK is pretty awesome - their food is great but it's the service that really stands out. So many fast food places are understaffed and so have opted to close earlier than normal. THIS fabulous spot has really good, efficient, polite and friendly staff. Definitely try this location!
Wish the ratings was categorized better cause the restaurant itself is good and the manager that's been there for the last 3 years is a great guy.
