I never have problems at this McDonald's. For the first time I used an app code and paid with cash. I very much like the McDonald's app. The person at the takeout window was super super helpful. And they forgot to give one of my kids their chocolate milk and she was super quick to make it right. Good job guys. Thank you for your hard work we appreciate you.

Food is always great here but I think there is something off with the soda machine. It always tastes off consistently after having tried different types of drinks. Would be my go to for fountain drinks if the machine got fixed and authentic flavor restored!

I left McDonald's as the menu is not easy to read and it only lists the combo prices and not the single prices. When you are on a budget you need to be able to see the prices to know what you can afford. Also the gal at the drive through was rude. She needs to learn how to ask politely not tell and sound very rude. I have gone to McDonald's for many years but the changes you have made are not appealing to older people. You assume to much about your customers. So sad.

Had problems with the app and then when I asked the employee (who stated he was the manager) that brought my food out to help me with it he completely refused saying he was not allowed to. And if I wanted to add something that I couldn't add to the app he would not go in and order it for me told me I had to go through the drive-thru which I cannot do because none of my windows rolled down. He informed me it was not his problem.

Lobby always closed. Just now not only screwed up the order, also didn’t secure the iced coffee to the cup carrier - and the whole thing dumped on the floor of my car. Thanks.
Update: after swearing this location off, I gave them another chance. And of course they forget 1/2 my drive through order.

I stopped there after work because I was hungry for a spicy chicken sandwich. The piece of spicy chicken sandwich was hard as cardboard and as dry. The size of the spicy chicken sandwich was a quarter smaller than the bun which I peeled off and tossed out when I get home. The french fries that I received must have been the bottom of the barrel because they were all the little itty bitty pieces, there were no fresh ones. They were also cold. The only thing that was good was my frozen lemonade very disappointed

I decided to try something new. My friend suggested the new daily double, and I'm glad she did!! That was probably one of the best fast food burgers I've had in some time, and I've had a lot of fast food burgers. 10/10 would try again.

went through drive through. Spent 10 minutes at second window. when we finally got our food I asked the manager for more BBQ sauce. she said I have 4 then she closed window and walked away. drove around because no on would come back to window. lobby is closed. worker on break tells me to go through drive through again. line to drive though was packed back to door. sh_ty service. sad thing is I asked for more sauce while ordering. Spent 40 bucks and still didn't get my f n order. don't waste your money here.
