I ordered a 5 peice chicken dinner and they gave me a chicken sandwich with nothing on it. I also order a kids meal and my husband ordered the jurassic burger. All in all we spent 45$ which is ridiculous. Waited for over 20 mins and didn't even get the correct food.

The sandwich I got was not the sandwich I ordered and the onion rings were old and incinerated, however the employees were friendly and made me the correct sandrich without any hassle, and the fries were fresh, which they replaced the onion rings with.

Not that there was another car in sight, but everything told me not to order here. In fact, I've never eaten at a Carl's Jr. before. Food was old, cold and tasteless. Not worth a fraction of the $20 I spent. Avoid the disappointment.

Quiet spot even on a busy street. Clean. Friendly staff. Order was correct. Fries were delicious!

I used to come here pretty often but usually through the drive thru. I came on my lunch break from work and this time we went inside. The prep table was DISGUSTING! Full of sauce and excess stuff from other orders, and they were preparing food on the table with no paper, straight on the metal table... Then I got my sandwich, it was so overflowing with sauce it was dripping. The chicken was rubber... just an overall terrible experience.

The food was delicious. Western bacon cheeseburger was fresh and hot. Oddly it is not possible to upgrade to a large fry in a combo meal even though you upgrade to med fry and drink for 50 cents and a large upgrade is a dollar but the large upgrade is a med fry and a large drink. It was plenty of food but I did find it odd and thought the large upgrade shouldn't be a dollar if it just the soda. Fountain pop costs penny's for the company. But I wouldn't raise a fuss over a quarter either so all in all we were satisfied.

walked quite a way from my hotel in the cold late at night because their hours sign that I'd checked out earlier said the dining room is open till 11PM on weekdays. The doors were locked and I flagged down the cashier and she said they close at 10:30. But it wasn't even 10:30 yet, much less the closing time on the sign right there in plain sight. If your dining room isn't open till 11, just take down the sign, duh.
