Review Mcdonald's - Spotsylvania

Fries are the best, crispy chicken sandwich was tender inside, made it mine, with tangy BBQ sauce. McCafe milk shake to cap off the meal deal.

Horrible experience. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes and no one came out of the back. I had to actually yell for someone to come out and the person basically asked me to use the self service machine. I said I don't have a problem doing that but someone should've asked me to do that 10 minutes ago. Then they didn't have any tea in the container so I gave my cups to the worker to fill it up from the tea in the back and he straight up forgot about it. I had to call him and ask him where my drinks were and he was all like oh I forgot. I would not recommend it.

I'm "homeless" now...got a QPC with ready to expire rewards points (6000)...so, free dinner. Perfect preparation, even with my modification and staff that is so polite, they must be Mormons, lmao. For real though, the manager at this location is intelligent and proud and dignified, she got that disease where they can't be lazy or apathetic...what's it called...Superman disease?

This is my first time coming here but definitely my last. I just wanted to grab something to drink on my way to work, got a large orange fanta with no ice. Didn't know they would replace the ice with dead flies. They replaced my drink but I just threw it out when I got to work.

Slow service but food was hot. I don't mind waiting of the food is fresh.

Doesn't even deserve a star, manager crass, rude and needs an attitude adjustment. Waited in drive thru, checked sandwich, it was wrong, and she threw the correct one st meout the window! This one isn't worth your time.

It too one hr to get my food. The management had my receipt and was still asking me what did I order. This was the worst service ever.

Well it wasn't to bad till I got home an they forgot my happy meal for my grandson I asked lady in blue shirt twice if it was all there she said yes it wasn't crowded just disappointed

Absolutely HORRIBLE service Sat in drive through line 10 minutes before ordering then ANOTHER 17 yes 17 minutes after the order was placed..... My small peppermint coffee was only half filled because waiting so long was enough of a pleasure �

I don't know what time of day people are going that have these wonderful reviews, but I go every couple of weeks at about 9:45, before a doctors appt. 6 people were in line, myself and another gentleman walked out. They generally have 1 person on the register. I don't know how the franchisee makes any money on this store.

Absolute worst Mcdonalds I ever attempted to eat. The entire order was old and stale. I called to speak with a manager and the phone just kept ringing. Eventually they just unplugged it. Most disgusting meal ever!
