This store is always very clean and well-stocked. The owner, Miss Tina, always asks about my family and is very kind and friendly. Her sister Jeanne, her son Chris, her brother and the cashier Tracy are all amazing. I've been going to this store my whole life and highly recommend it.
Have not had a bad experience here yet, but have not run into the owner who many of the bad reviews are about. I will update my review if we run into her and its a bad experience. It's just a convenient place to stop to get a slurpee. Some customers are idiots and create their own parking spaces so beware of that
Never had anything but positive experiences here. I've lived around the corner for over twenty years so I've been here A LOT. Whether in the morning rush, evening, or middle of night, the cashiers are always polite. If foods been sitting, they offer to make me new ones. Their kind of new rewards program has great offers and is perfect if your frequent the place often. Ms. Tina is always sweet to me and my daughter.

Every employee I've interacted with here is amazing. Tracy especially makes my night whenever I come home late from a long shift and want something tasty to end my day. She always asks if I'm hungry and makes me something fresh with a bright smile. The other employees are amazing as well even though I don't remember all their names. Friendly, professional, and always ready to give a smile. I really don't understand the bad reviews here because I've been frequenting this 7-11 almost daily since I moved to Spotsylvania and every experience has been amazing, even when I spilled my hot coffee on one of the employees by accident.
Honestly the best gas station experience I've ever had, and they'll definitely be getting Christmas cards this year!
I have had only positive experiences with both the owners, (sisters ) at their 7-11 store many times over the past 19 yrs living in Spotsylvania.They have always been friendly, & welcoming to me, and other customers in the store during my many visits. We have two convenience stores in the Courthouse area, 7-11, and Valero. The owners connect with their customers in a friendly, welcoming manner. After all -creating good customer relations is beneficial in gaining new customers in our growing community, and retaining repeat customers in the future.
I will continue to be a patron of Spotsylvania Courthouse 7-11.
